Garage door wouldn't close after storm. Thank goodness just loose rails. Eric was her on time ,clean super nice and very informative to future work. I would definitely call united garage doors again. Hopefully won't need them anytime soon. Eric fixed my problem in less then 5 minutes. He knew what to look for.

I've used them twice, once for repair and again to purchase/ install an opener. Very happy with the work done and great communication! Will definitely use them again in the future if I need anything for my garage!

Being a first time homeowner, having a broken garage door opener right after moving in was unexpected. After calling around for some repair quotes, I called my home warranty company and they assigned United Garage Doors to me. I was a bit skeptical as I've heard bad things about home warranty so I figured what do I have to lose.

Oh boy, I ate my own words after this repair. They had sent Joe out and he was absolutely GREAT. He was very detailed in his explanation on what went wrong in my garage, what you shouldn't do, and the scenarios that would play out after he brings my unit back

Our technician Eric was prompt and very professional. He explained what was wrong thoroughly. Although our home warranty did not cover the repairs, they were reasonably priced. They were also able to service our garage door on short notice so we were very thankful. We will definitely use them for our future garage door needs.

Yesterday, United Garage Doors sent a service tech to repair 2 broken openers at my house for American Home Shield. The repair tech, Eric, was on time, and very professional and personable. He looked at the opener(s), gave an estimate of the time required for the repair, had all the necessary parts and quickly repaired both units. I couldn't be more impressed.

A spring in our garage door snapped on Saturday. Our home warranty company sent a tech from this company, who came on Tuesday. He took one look at our garage and said he doesn't work on that brand. Told us to call our warranty company and left. Ten minutes later, guy has the audacity to come back and try to sell us on a whole new system so we don't have to go through the home warranty company again!

I call my warranty company and they now say our plan doesn't cover "that spring". They tell me they have to get the report back from United garage before they can make

I needed a company to replace my broken spring and this company was local so I gave them a try. They were very professional and reasonably priced. The technician took his time and even did free maintenance. I’m planning on upgrading my machine soon and they gave me and estimate while he fixed my spring.
