I couldn't be happier with my carriage doors. Mario worked with me over the course of several months to dial in all the details. His focus, patience and expertise made for an enjoyable experience. The end product exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous, solid, refined. The doors have completely transformed my home from the outside, and inside as well. Staff just doesn't want to do their jobs. Went through all the trouble of ordering a door with their online maker, requesting a quote then having them tell me they wouldn't ship it internationally even though they say they do. Asked again even though they said the shipping would be expensive and never even replied...

The metal on my garage door, where it connects with the opener literally tore away! I called and spoke with Fernando, who was great! He asked me to send pictures, which I did, he quickly diagnosed and came out the next day to repair it! I couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Fernando! Thanks so much for the quick, friendly service! Oh also Fernando lubricated the garage door track, it’s so quite now!😁

We recently worked with Dynamic Garage doors on a shutter project for our outdoor room. The goal was to create a high quality refined wood shutter that was timeless in design but provided a contemporary look to a home in the transition from Tuscan to Soft Contemporary.
The shutters arrived exactly as promised. The quality and artistry and the workmanship, remarkable. The finish, wood-tone, and hardware were perfect. Because it was a retrofit the measurements and installation required special attention and talent. The result is exemplary.

Could not have had a better experience with Dynamic Garage Door. I've worked with Mario Collazo on two projects now, and from start to finish both he and the workers have been professional, friendly, accommodating, and attentive. I bought new shutters and had my pivot door re-stained by Dynamic and the work was fantastic. The entire process went smoothly. The workers are also friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. As a contractor I can & do appreciate great service & skilled craftsmanship, the $$ at first shocked me but the results mitigated the price & you can't go wrong with the systems they offer.

This company installed a $22,000 gate at the house we bought, only two years ago. After calling numerous times to get a service and repair, we never got as much as a return call from this company. They'll take your money and leave you with no support on a very expensive purchase.
Terrible customer service, there are so many companies out there who do a better job with better customer service! Don't waste your time or money here.

Just an update. We have several garage doors, so over time, eventually something is going to happen. The last few weeks, one of the doors went out of adjustment. I sent an email to Dynamic Garage Doors, and they immediately responded and set an appt for the next morning. Fernando came out as scheduled and made the proper adjustments. They continue to impress with their responsiveness and fine service.

Thank you, YELP for helping me find this vendor! Fernando came out within a few hours of me calling for help. He quickly assessed the problem with our garage door, but had to come back the following day since he needed to get some special parts first. He came by the following day without me even having to be there, took care of the repair and accepted a credit card payment over the phone. Super easy transaction and the price was more than fair. My in-laws roll up garage door jammed and couldn't close. I went over and was able to get the door down for over night security. I called dynamic the next day and they quoted $95 for up to 3 hours of labor. They showed up about 15 minutes late for their 6PM appointment but they were efficient and clean and completed the job in less than a hour. One of the cable reels was broken which they replaced for an extra $45. I was pleased with their work ethic and efficiency.

Fernando was prompt in response to my email request. He gave me a written email estimate which was exactly the price quoted...no hardsell...no surprises.
Showed up on time and called 10 minutes before arriving. Roger the technician was great...knowledgeable, courteous, professional and cleaned up at the end of the job. They give a 5 yr warranty on parts and labor.
Perfect service. I will use them in the future when I need repair or replacement.

Within 45 minutes of calling I had a technician at our house.
He showed up early, was efficient and clean, didn't high-pressure sell me any upgrades, etc and gave me a free 9V battery for my access code box.
Very, very, very pleased.
I found them via a google search in which their Craiglist ad popped up. I called 4 ads that popped and chose them in spite of them being slightly more expensive because they said they could take care of it asap.
