Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately.

1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
Pets are life-long commitments, and keeping a pet happy, healthy, fed, and well-exercised requires time and money. In order to pick the right pet for you, one must consider your lifestyle, living situation, and how much care you are able or willing to provide. Some pets require very little interaction with their owners, while others need almost constant companionship!

Absolutely the best care we could have received for our fur babies. Dr. Knox was amazing with our Great Dane when she had an emergency, and made sure we knew what we needed to do for her future care. We have also kenneled her here while on vacation, and the staff took excellent care of her. I can’t say enough about this amazing place!

Dr. Hilliard and staff SAVED my beloved PET's life! Can't speak highly enough of Dr. Hilliard and his staff! My cat was on the brink of death and Dr. Hilliard saved her life! He called daily to check up on her when she returned home. Dr. Hilliard and staff are extremely compassionate, caring, and devoted to helping! The staff is Extraordinary! They treat you like family and are very professional and courteous! I feel truly BLESSED to have Dr. HIlliard and his staff as our veterinary home!

My son gave me a 6 month putt who had watery stool and so skinny you could count his ribs. I brought him to Houston Veterinary Clinic. They accessed his condition, gave him medicine to treat stool and vaccinated Bluma. The next day she was running around in the yard and her stool was solid. She's happy and healthy now and so juicy I cant count her ribs anymore. I love Houston Vet. Clinic!

My girl gets so so anxious going to any vet’s office and the staff at Houston Veterinary Clinic are all extremely patient with her! They are always able to get us in in a timely manner. The Vet was even able to assist me via email/phone call last weekend when they weren’t able to fit us in same-day. I am very pleased with the service here!

This is the nest veterinary practice I have been to. They are so reliable and so knowledge able, they answer my questions before I even ask most of them. They are professional but also personable and have even followed up with me via email when my little Bailey had her shots. The level of care my pets receive here goes above and beyond even most primary care practices i have been to fort myself or my family. I strongly recommend Dr Hilliard or Dr Hilliard for any veterinary needs. They really care well for my four-legged furry family members.

Absolutely love this vet. Dr.Knox makes himself available for any questions regardless time of day. The staff is amazing, you can tell they love what they do. It is a little pricey but I rather spend a little more for the amazing service we get than go cheap for horrible service. They do offer boarding for current patients, which is a great option.
