This is not a typical crossfit or aerobics class (although weights and cardio are involved!). In 45 minutes, you will feel exhausted, energized and ready for the day ahead! Exercises vary based on time of year, individuals attending and weather. No two classes will be the same. Many students end up calling S.W.E.A.T. class their "Saturday 45 minute family" and better than a "cup of coffee."

Corporate Fitness classes are excellent for businesses and organizations looking to create a wellness environment and encourage teamwork. Every business is different and we create custom courses designed to fit your business' needs.
Right in your own living room you can get the same workout that you would get working with a trainer. Many people do not feel comfortable in the gym setting, some families want to work out and get healthy together, and some individuals are recovering from physical issues. All of these instances are perfect examples of the need for In-Home Personal Training.

In you want to lift as much as you can -- Jared can get you there; if you'd rather work on overall fitness and conditioning, rather than strength training -- Jared can help you accomplish your goals; If you're an athlete- youth or professional-- Jared can develop a plan to get you where you need to be. If you're 45 and trying to keep in shape and have very limited time to do so -- like me-- Jared is the perfect trainer. Don't take my word for it, come in and talk to Jared about what your goals are and he'll put together a plan get you there- both inside and out of the gym. He's incredibly dedicated

I have been training with Jared for almost 6 months now and I absolutely love it! Training with him is never boring; he makes sure to keep the workouts moving and I've never found myself wondering when it's going to end. Every session with Jared is different and each time I leave feeling great! Jared's also always been super flexible with scheduling. He's able to move my appointment around last-minute if something comes up and make sure I get my time with him. I really can't say enough great things about training with Jared!!

I have been training with Jared for almost a year and I am hooked. He is positive, upbeat, and inspiring. His workouts are tailored to your individual needs. Sessions are challenging and never the same. He is dependable and flexible with scheduling. He has kept me on track and healthy during pregnancy, which has been no easy task. His SWEAT classes on Saturday mornings are not to be missed - never the same, always a challenge, and you leave feeling totally worked. I also enjoy the community he has created at the gym. He has a great group of loyal customers for a reason- he's great!

I have been training with Jared for several years now. I am not the easiest person to train or the best at following directions but Jared is extremely patient with me. He is always willing to work around my schedule and is very understanding. He constantly encourages me to work harder and has faith in me. He will not let me quit and I appreciate that.

I recently started training with Jared Silverstein after a very long time away from working out. He has had to show me just about everything - both exercises and how to properly use the gym equipment - and does it all with patience and expertise. I have been training with Jared for over 2 years now and appreciate how hard he pushes his clients. Jared consistently provides constructive feedback in regards to workouts, nutrition, and total body heath. Jared is an excellent trainer who gives me varied workouts and pushes just enough but not to the point of hating the workouts. I'm sure if you want to get punished he could come up with something, and if you need just a good mental clearing workout he can do that as well. Very good at scheduling. . My job has me working crazy variable hours and he always manages to work me in. Gym is quiet,clean, never crowded. He is good enough for the pros to come to, so I can imagine he will be good enough for anybody.

I have been training seriously with Jared for 3 years - I am in best shape of my life because of his skills at training you hard but you keep coming back because you truly see and feel results. Each session is different and now he has added a SWEAT class which is 45 minutes of fitness that will kick your butt but is well worth it. Jared offers fitness goal challenges a couple times a year which you help choose, he keeps you focused on your goals. I have lost over 30 lbs and my blood pressure is lowest it has ever been - even cut my BP meds in half 6 months ago . If you are looking for a great workout
