We moved to Walpole back in 2006 and we have used Norfolk Town Taxi for the last 13 years. They are ALWAYS on time. We did not have this experience with Uber or Lyft, and the rates are reasonable, and you can text in advance of your trip. I travel on business quite a bit, and have not had this positive experience with other taxi services. The cars are vans and can hold significant luggage and there are more than one driver if you have a large party going to Logan or TF Green Airport. 5 stars out of 5 and we have not found anyone else at this level of promptness and service!

I love these guys- always use them for airport transport. They are reliable and accommodating. We gave the driver the wrong flight number- he took the time to look up the correct one and saw we were running late on a recent flight home to Boston!
The owner has picked up our teenager at concerts with her friends, picked our family up multiple times for airport runs. He's a good man, a good family man, and he runs a dependable business.

Not sure about this "business". I called looking for a short ride from Norfolk train station to my home, and there were "no cars in the area", and this conversation happened 24 hours in advance of my needed ride. I got the distinct impression that the ride was too short to justify getting a car to Norfolk... the very town I needed a ride in.

Alright so I was just driving to work Tuesday morning and I had the dodge mini van with Norfolk Town taxi all over it tail gating me and swerving behind me. License plate 150c. First off it was pouring out and the driver was about 3 feet behind my car for about a mile. Things got better when I turned onto route 1 in Foxboro by the layfette house. The drive kept tail gating then started violently switching lanes with no blinker. Almost hit another car then swerved infront of me and jacked on the brakes. I honked and the guy drove normally from the light at Bass pro the next light at patriot

This place is a joke. I called them an hour before I needed pickup in Norfolk, their alleged home town, and they told me there were no cars in the area. I asked when they would be available. Their answer, "There are no cars in the area." I guess cars are never in the Norfolk area?
