As certified home staging professionals who have personally experienced a combined 15 relocations, we understand the stress that comes along with this process.

Stage Right is a professional, skilled group that knows staging, we hired them and they made our house show so nicely in person, pictures, and videos that it sold near list price in < 72 hrs. Joan is the head of the group and she's super easy to work with, she listens well, she's no-nonsense and gets down to business. Stage Right has a good inventory of staging items that they offer, if you'd like.

I chose Stage Right to stage my childhood home in Naperville and was so happy I did. They did such a fantastic job that the house sold within a week of being listed. They have an awesome inventory of artwork, pillows, linens, and accessories to make every space just perfect. They know the best paint colors and furniture placement to bring out the best of every room. On top of it all, their rates are very reasonable and worth every penny!

While the house was good quality, people that came to see the house were drawn to the small imperfections and the small bedrooms in particular.
We then thought we needed to cut the price, we did, and we had even more showings but continued to get the same feedback and no offers.
We eventually came to the conclusion that staging the house while more expensive than virtual staging could help people visualize the home better.
