I tried numerous times reaching out to this company about their HCG. This product doesn't work, and they refused at that time for out-of-state people to get the service because of cov-19 by walking ins to nonresidents. The person that answered the phone refused to give her name and refund me my money back and said Well try a second roll.

They don't have all services available at your appointment. I went in for lips and Botox. The only lip injector is booked for months and didn't tell you price until after injections. Plus they don't even use what you ask for because I asked for Botox and got xeomin. Completely ridiculous pricing not based on cc's as per other locations. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. Scammers. I mean come on an eyebrow lift with Botox only three injections shouldn't cost $400 and I'm from California so prices are always higher there and I don't pay that much

So I was thinking about coming to this place for a few services. There are some good reviews but too many bad ones. I get that sometimes people have bad experiences but in reading the responses from the company owner, I can tell how disrespectful and rude they truly are. Customer complaints are not handled well which makes me not want to take a chance in doing business with them. You never see major beauty companies or brands being rude to customers in this way. Firstly they will apologize and not block people from their IG and not treathen to sue people in court. Clearly there is no professionalism

Nice and clean. Staff is nice. Service is really quick. I come in do what I need to do and get out. But of course, that might be because I come during the week (like a Tuesday or Wednesday) in the morning. The only problem is parking. There really is no parking. But otherwise it's a nice place that I would recommend. By the way, I come here for laser hair removal (first time ever) (by the recommendation of a friend) and (under one of their monthly promotions) I'm on my 6th session and YES I see the difference and it is working. I'm pretty much hairless now.

The place is clean. The service could be more professional. I think they will continue to do well since the demand to look good in miami is there. Patience and kindness towards ALL clients regardless of social status or familiarity can go a long way. Looking for a location that has better customer service. Walk on egg shells with the owner she can come off as condescending and rude. If you don't care for customer service this place is for you. They'll get it done.

The products including the soap and lotion smells really good like pineapple and tropical scents. I'm am using the skin lightening products to correct spots and for almost two weeks now a rash has started and itching. Im curious on why but I am almost finished with this product and think it may be pulling out skin impurities. I stopped using it due to persisting itching of skin and rash. The capsules were great while they lasted.

I ordered HCG and B12 shots that never showed up. You would think that $700 would require a signature but no! They claimed to have mailed the product. I've filed a police report, spoke with the post master and informed my bank. Someone in this office is stealing. I will get to the bottom of it. They were rude when I told them I didn't get my stuff in the mail, even hung up on me. DO NOT order anything from them unless it's under $100. I found out about this company in the Fall of 2017 when they were aggressively promoting "veneers" Originally I was super excited because I had been looking for a reputable place to get my teeth done and they looked pretty legit and they were black owned so I was sold on that alone.

Yesterday I had an appointment at 10:30am and shortly after I found out I was burned. Before the procedure I removed all of my makeup with the baby wipe as I've been instructed to and previous times before. This technician was new ( I have never seen her) and burned my skin. The technician wasn't knowledgeable enough to know when the skin will burn. As I said this burn isn't a result of makeup because it was removed prior.
