HUGE SCAM. this place is a joke. Body treatments are not effective at all. Everything they say is often a lie or completely misleading. Was told Laser hair removal would take 6 months. Going on almost two years now and I’m still not hair free. They charge late fees if you’re 5 minutes late but don’t credit you or offer anything when they’re 30+ minutes behind. Zero respect for customers. Constantly changing appointments or putting you with someone you didn’t book your service with. All they care about is money stay the heck away

This establishment is amazing from the moment you walk in. They had a cute photo area in the entrance cool a futuristic coffee machine and amazing staff. The service I did was laser hair removal which was painless and quick! It’s super clean which I loved. DO NOT book to this Spa! I’ve had the $199 membership and I still had $600 remaining use from October-December. It’s so hard to booked an appointment with them! And during my appointments, they always late and make me wait! They overbooked people that is why the result are hit or missed. I left a review about a year ago about how much I loved the laser treatment and my feelings are still the same! I'm basically hairless for good now! Since then I've also tried a couple facials, which are amazing, always leave my face glowing. Another super cool treatment I've done is the emscult... if you don't know what it is.. look it up on their page! Something I've never seen before. The best medspa in Miami, hands down. The entire staff is so professional and highly trained, they have all of their licenses and years of experience hung up on the wall which I think is super cool. They have a medical director which overlooks EVERYTHING and I know ALOT of other medspas don't offer that, this makes everything more comfortable. They also use the best quality machines like EMSCULPT, Candela, Venus Versa, VelaShape III, Hydrafacial MD and so many more....I feel like I'm in medspa heaven! BEWARE of this place. Messy with appointments, not honoring prices. Overworked employees that are overwhelmed and frustrated and at the brink of tears. I went in for juvederm and the physician's assistant punctured a vein that had me bleeding excessively not to mention how much it hurt! They don't really measure for symmetry like in other places. Juvederm is treated like an after-thought. Don't go to a laser place for juvederm, avoid making the same mistake I did. I had a nasty bruise for 10 days! Also, I don't think they change the sheets from the beds between clients. At least

They have all of the latest technology which was very important to me because I know many other places that use older laser machines and they don't have the same results.
