Just went for my first session last night, the store was super clean and had a great spa vibe. My laser technician was so friendly and made me feel at ease. In terms of pain, I would say it felt like a quick sting followed by cold air, and the technician said she could lower the settings if needed! Cannot wait to see the results in the coming weeks!

It’s always a pleasure coming to Semper. They see you at your actual appointment time, service is quick, and they are always friendly and welcoming. They run specials and deals quite often so you can get a great deal on a package. Tery is so sweet and made me feel at ease - no pain either!

This was my first time doing laser & I did my armpits, it was great! I had a couple different girls that did my laser but I swear every single one were great. They always made sure to feel comfortable before and after the laser. The receptionist is so nice and friendly. I don’t live in area but its so worth the drive. Their monthly promotions always are at a great price. I cannot wait to continue with my sessions.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Receptionist was HORRIBLE and sooo beyond Disrespectful, I felt very unwelcomed, ignored, and degraded. This business offers a 10 minute grace period, today is my 7th session and my first time being late due to the main road being completely blocked off from 3 main streets; this caused me to fall into an unfortunate delay. I called the location to let them know I would be late and the receptionist on shift assured me that there would be no problem as long as I arrived within their grace period of 10 minutes. My appointment was at 4:45 and I got to the receptionist

Great location, the team is very sweet. The manager is always very welcoming. My girl Tery had the most gentle hands, no pain at all and walked me through everything. I live a bit far and it’s most definitely worth the drive. I appreciate the hard work and just the entire Semper brand, seems unlike any other in Florida.

A friend referred me to Semper Laser which came with a free laser treatment in a small area! I chose to do my armpits and ended up loving the results and bought a package for my legs as well. Nicole is the best! She is so sweet and always takes great care of me. You will not be disappointed with this place!
