Centralia use to be awesome, pull in and it was clean, plenty of places to park and move about. I’m the last couple months it has become a mess. Piles everywhere, garbage on driving paths, certainly no where near organized. Cardboard was piles up in the middle with a car on top. I waited 20 min and finally just left. There must be a change in Mgmt or they lost every employee. It’s just horrible right now.

They gave me false info. I called to ask what price they pay for Aluminum window frames. I was quoted from .75 A lb. to 1.00 per lb. depending on how clean is it is . and when I got there and met with the man wearing the company logo he came out I show him my load and talked with him said it was nice load so I asked how much I would get. he… asked me what did they tell you I told him and he said thats what we are paying. but after I go in back to get the check they gave me 65. lb. and tell me I have 95/5 aluminum. which when I talked to him he said it was really nice metal. Rude people. It's been a year since I've been there because last time I was there some skinny little punk kid was mocking every word I said and was so rude that I had decided I would not return. Anyways it's been a year so I thought they probably had a pretty high turnover rate and chances were that the same person wasn't there anymore, I decided to give Sutters a second chance. There was a new person there still rude, ignored me, then when I pulled out my aluminum cans he looked at them and told me they were steel. I said no there aluminum cat food cans and then because he didn't want to admit

I own a farm and have a lot of unusable farm equipment laying around after emailing I received a prompt reply and Sam came out to look at everything we wanted gone. He was very professional and timely. He removed one piece every other company has turned away and did it safely! He was training a new guy that day (maybe Eric?) and was very informative as the steps needed to get the trasher out safely from the building. We will be using them to clean up the scrap metal on our farm!

Worst scrap yard in olympia. terrible customer service. they will rip you off any way they can. i own appiiance store and have brought our scrap here for years till suddenly one day after i weighed in snd dropped fridges. they proceeded to tell me they have never accepted fridges. so why they wouldnt say something before i dropped them or the last five years i have brought them. place is a joke
