For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion and an eye for creativity, party planning and special events. While growing up in San Diego, my hobbies were decorating, throwing parties, and arts and crafts. Using my creativity and my imagination have always been something I really enjoyed.
This package is for the couple who wants a professional to plan, coordinate and execute their wedding from start to finish within their budget criteria. This package is for the couple who has some of the key aspects already reserved such as a venue, catering and florist. RLE will take care of booking all additional vendors and logistics.

Hannah with Red Letter Events is absolutely amazing and she was completely essential for our wedding day and prior. We hired Hannah as a day-of coordinator to ensure all the vendors were received, the venue was set up, and everything ran smoothly; however, she provided assistance long before the wedding day with vendor contact, timeline planning and support. Hannah was an absolute pleasure to work with! She went above and beyond her contracted duties to ensure our day turned out beautifully! We had a couple hiccups the week of the wedding and she tackled them head on and resolved them immediately. Wedding planning is hectic and crazy, and I kept on ignoring the preparation needed to make sure the celebration was a success. Hannah was our coordinator for our wedding this past weekend. I could not be happier we hired Hannah. She is absolutely fantastic at her job. She went above and beyond for us on our day. Hannah Naylor was the coordinator for my daughters wedding this past weekend, and I am so thankful. She worked closely with my daughter to coordinate the vendors, timeline, etc., but all the decorations were made in Northern California, the wedding was in Del Mar. Hannah did not see anything until the day of when everything was unloaded in boxes. This did not faze her, after a brief outline of where things were to go, I had to leave for hair and makeup. I didn't think we needed a wedding planner, months before the wedding. As it got closer, I realized if we did not have one, the building stress of all the little details (like place cards and napkin covers!) would have been insane. That being said, hire a planner and hire Hannah.
She is top notch. Not only is she intricate in coordinating, but she has great suggestions. On the day of the wedding, it was like that trust-fall thing - I just let Hannah direct and tell me what was next- the procession, ceremony, photo shoot, daces, cake-cutting, etc.

Hannah was the only and best coordinator we could have had for our wedding. She took care of everything we through at her and it never phased her once. My wife and I hired Hannah as our "day of" wedding coordinator. We couldn't be happier we did. This was absolutely money well spent! Incidentally, Hannah is extremely reasonably priced. I have used Hannah at Red Letter Events for not only my bridal shower, but also my wedding and baby shower. My bridal shower was adorable. Valentine's Day themed with a candy bar, beautiful red table decor and was perfectly organized. From start to finish, Hannah did a tremendous job. Then comes my wedding day. Not only did she help with hand painting Mr. & Mrs. signs, setting up tables, making sure I was taken care of, making sure there was champagne in the limo- the day wouldn't have gone nearly as perfect without her there. I had Hannah help with day-of coordinating for a large anniversary party we threw for my parents. Even with only hiring her for the day of - she was on top of things far before the day of our event. She made sure everything was coordinated smoothly with all our vendors, and worked with them to pull off a great evening!

Where do I begin. I've known Hannah for a little while now but never ever did i know she had this amazing talent to her. Hannah is hands down the best wedding/event coordinator that i couldn't have ever asked for. She puts in the time and effort to make sure your day is everything you could have imagined and more. Hannah and I were both on the same page when it came to little details and new ideas of where things should be placed.
