All in all, it's a pretty good neighborhood. The tot lots have a lot to offer. There are at least 4 that I know of, plus walking distance to a bigger park by the elementary school. Gardens and grass are maintained. We get 2 trash days, 1 recycling day. Any complaints I've brought to management have been addressed immediately.
