My son complained of his tooth hurting so my husband scheduled an appointment. Between his teeth grinding and stealing our diet Sprites, my son had an infected tooth and decay on several other teeth. If you are looking for a Kids Dentist this is your place!! The service from EVERYONE was 10/10 and my kids loved it and felt comfortable. Obviously a little scared just because of the word "Dentist Office" but they made both my girls (8 yr & 2 1/2yr) feel comfortable and my kids left happy and not traumatized. I will always come here because of the levels they took to make my girls feel safe & knowledgeable of what they were doing next.

Thank you Dr. Lockhart for being so gentle and patient w/ my 21 month old baby girl during her 1st dentist visit. Despite all the tears, the bubbles and rubber ducky at the end were a plus! You also put me at ease knowing we're already on the right track with her dental hygiene. I look forward to my daughter having many more positive experiences there.

My daughter had a 4 pm appointment, we arrived to the office 10 minutes before her appointment. There were 2 ladies working the reception desk with 1 telling me to sign in on the clipboard and someone would call me to check in. After signing in we waiting to be called to officially check in. During this time 2 other families arrived with both being checked in promptly ( 1 family had a full conversation for about 8-10 minutes with the others receptionist about what this 12 year old kid was going to be for Halloween and talked about Fortnite) and even called back for their appointments. If your fine with your time being wasted and being treated with no value go ahead and keep using their services! I booked a cleaning for my daughter about 2 months ago , my husband specially took off of work to take my daughter in, and the staff as well as Dr. Lockhart told us that we aren't covered for services until late next month. They rescheduled our appointment without any notification or checking in with us, and when I tried to call in and speak with their staff, I was told "your more than welcome to get services elsewhere." I was told we call with confirmation the day before

Don't go here. This place will rip you off. I got my braces here and then continued going about twice a year to replace my retainers that would keep breaking. They were charging me $250 per retainer. The last time I went was about 2 months ago. I got a retainer impression taken. They said that it would take 1 month to get the retainer back (I guess they order them from China or something). I waited over a month and a half and didn't hear anything from them. When I called they said they lost the retainer and asked me to come back in for another fitting and that I'd have to wait another

We made appointments for our 5 children. I was at the first appointment with my 2 year old. My baby was fine in the chair getting the cleaning, but after ,went to take and was taking the 2nd to last x-ray became irritated because it was uncomfortable and got jabbed a little with the piece that had to be in the mouth. So... we made it back to the room. My baby needed minor work, buuuut, like I said ,was annoyed after the x-ray and I know my baby. If my baby is not having it and they are done, then that's it. So there was crying and not wanting to be in the chair and the Dentist Lockhart said

Dr. Vaughn made my 8 month old (who has 6 teeth already) feel super comfortable. She even was able to get him to laugh, which is rare for new people he interacts with. She made my OCD wife feel amazing in the amount of detail she provided about the examination and on how to keep his mouth on the right/healthy track.

Fast and easy service. Why 4 out of 5 stars? Well this location installed a space maintainer for my daughter. Apparently the install was done so closely to her gums that she couldn't properly brush. She complained of pain and got a cavity there resulting in another tooth pulled. Fortunately he space maintainer fell out and that was the end of it, but we wish she didn't have to lose another tooth.
