I am disappointed to say that this place I’ve used since 2008 has changed dramatically in how they treat their customers. We’ve spent thousands of dollars there and have recommended so many friends and colleagues with that one clear message. This repair shop is honest and transparent. I took my Range Rover there for a coolant leak. The mechanic told me there were two issues that was causing it so I told him to proceed with one of the repairs. I called back a few days later and was told it would be ready in an hour. The manager then begins to text me saying the price went up by $400 and that

Went to get a emissions retest and was told "the emissions guy is gone and we are closing up" at 1:17pm by the same guy who did my first test a week earlier. I ate the $25 and went somewhere else. Never trust a mechanic shop that lies to you for something so little. Im sure the hours were affected by NYE but what time were you closing? 1:20?

The extra mile tire pro website claims they can fix anything for all makes and models. They charged my wife $90 for a diagnostic test, did not document or state anything relevant to the diagnostic on the invoice, and adding insult to injury, told us to take my car to another shop over 10 miles away for repair. I drove it down the road to a competing shop and they said they could have it fixed in four days, and, gave us a really nice loaner car.

Worked with Bill and he did an excellent job making sure my car was diagnosed properly, explained the details of the diagnostics well, and gave me an accurate quote for the work that needed to be performed. They are easy to work with and communicate well. They had to order my tires and as soon as they came in I went over and they installed them. They also checked my brakes and alignment without me asking!! I will be back in two months for the other two tires.

I used Extra Mile Tire Pros a few weeks ago to get 4 tires for my son's Legacy and do the regular maintenance. I was very pleased with the quality of their service and their pricing versus the new car dealer and other big name tire shops. Their price for the 4 tires was below the big national tire shops and their personal help with the tire selection was much better. Subsequently, I decided to give Extra Mile a chance to replace the 4 tires on my Mercedes GLS 450 and was pleasantly surprised that they beat the big warehouse store, the dealer and the largest national tire dealer in Atlanta. I always have such a wonderful experience here. They actually care about your vehicle and they always do such great work. I just had my oil changed and some filters replaced, but man, my vehicle always feels better after getting serviced by Extra Mile. I highly recommend them for everything. We came here to get our car fixed after breaking down. They said if we fixed everything wrong with the car (about $2000 worth of work), my car would have another 100k miles of life left in it with regular maintenance. Well, less than 2 months later, I tried to turn on my car and it wouldn't start at all. We got it towed back here and they called me later in the week and they said my car was not drivable and I needed to buy a new car! We then got it towed to a different mechanic, and after a thorough inspection he told us that all it needed were new spark plugs. Car runs great. We go back to

My car was worse when they gave it back to me than when I brought it in, after I spent nearly $1700! We brought our car in for brakes and our check engine light was on. In hopes of getting emissions testing, they ran report where it said we needed a water pump and a catalytic converter. The water pump was fixed at this visit and we decided to wait on the catalytic converter. They said once the catalytic converter was fixed we'd pass emissions - perfect. We pick up the car and the entire instrument cluster went out so we could not longer see the mph, mileage or anything for that matter. They

Brought my car in for oil change and they did a great job. I was in and out quick and the people are very friendly. Never had a bad experience here for the couple years I've been getting my car serviced at this place. I recommend calling first and asking when the best time is to come in because they do get really busy some days and you'll just be waiting. Great place!

It may not be not a good idea to come here after 4:30 pm. I overheard 2 of the staff complaining about whether they should still be taking customers at that time vs. having the right to turn them away. Also, if you get an oil change they will say that they do a fluid check, but I'm not sure they always do. After my oil change (and the supposed fluid check) I checked them myself at home and the brake fluid was low and needed to be filled, and the transmission fluid was low and very dirty. Given that, I find it hard to believe that they'd actually checked the fluids during my oil change

I had a tire patched at EM the same tire unfortunately began to leak air, so I came back so they can fix it..The manager Bill stood before me and stated "you wrote a bad review about us, why come back?" I explained I pay for a service and wanted it to be complete correctly he state per his owner he has the right to fire customers he didn't stated I was fired and instructed me to get out of his shop because he not fixing anything.. he was extremely disrespectful, this type of behavior and discrimination is not ok.

As the daughter of a well respected mechanic from a busy northern town, I feel I am uniquely qualified to write a review! As well as obligated!
Being new to town we weren't certain where to go for auto maintenance and repairs. We have three cars, one of which is driven by our teenage son (to give you an idea of the wear and tear on that car, it being a 2004 Expedition!). Friends of ours said to take it to Extra Mile.
Here we are a few years later and feeling more satisfied than ever! It seems word of mouth travels quickly for negative feedback, however, their service is so extraordinary

Where do we start with the issues taking our truck to this place caused? If short on time read #3
1. Took it to get 4 brand new tires balanced and aligned. The shimmy that should dissappear at high speed with a proper balance persists and has not been fixed.
2. They removed our rim cap and never replaced it. Had to return to the store to get it back, only to find out it was lost, and they had to buy us another one.
***3. They tell my husband, who was all supportive of them bc the manager is a Marine as well, that our CV axle needed replacement and it was bad... selling him a several hundred
