They lost my trust.
I was a customer for years, but their techs are careless. The last straw was when they torqued the alloy wheels on my sedan to OVER 140 ft/lbs (+50 over factory spec). It took a breaker bar to take off the wheels and the studs were speckled with aluminum shavings. I then remounted & retorqued (with a torque wrench) after cleaning the hubs (which they didn't do) and inspected for damage.
On the comeback the counter guy was nice and said sorry, but their tech got lippy, arguing that the manufacturer torque spec was 'Too Loose, Too Loose'. I left angry and am NEVER coming back

Five star business without a doubt. I needed to get new tires put on our RV and called around to about 10 different places. Half never called back and the rest were either very expensive or had huge lead times. Campbell tire was fantastic. They actually respond via email, were able to get the tires we were looking for (with recent DOT stamps), and had the best price of anyone. They started work as soon as I had arrived and finished everything quickly. I couldn't be happier.

My jittery drive had me grasping at straws. After balancing tires, my relatively new suv was still...unsmooth, kinda like me. I called around looking for a 4 wheel alignment place to take me immediately seeing as how I am impatient. Campbell Tire said come on in. It was Sat, 9am. Honest fellow at the desk pointed out to me that since my suv had a solid rear axle, there was no rear adjustment and a front wheel alignment was all that could be done -- thus cutting my price in half. Costco's tire department sent me to Campbell Tire after they broke a lug nut lock (or something like that). Campbell Tire is right around the corner from Costco, so off I went. I was impressed with every person who interacted with me. Nicer than you expect from a tire company. They treated me very well even working out the payment with Costco.

This is what a business should be about! These are the type of people who understand the big picture - retaining customers by treating them with respect and professionalism. And it is refreshing to see decent prices! I am so very impressed with Campbell tire company. I live quite a ways from them but will take my car there for brakes and tires from now on! Love this place and highly recommend them!

It was a great experience!! They helped me figure out why my tire was leaking air. They pulled it into the shop and repaired my wheel/rim in a couple minutes. It just felt like an honest/caring company. It took Campbell tire a couple minutes to fix it! I was surprise that they repaired it at no cost bc I was told else where that it was going to be expensive. Definitely will comeback for future services and would recommend them to family and friends.

Called up and asked how long the wait. Told no wait, come on down. Came right down and asked for the serviceI needed, told 2 maybe 2.5 hours. Asked why...we have several cars ahead of you. Told them I just called and you told me no wait. Response..they all just showed up. Hmm...I live 3 miles away and it took me 5 minutes to get there. BTW...cant make an appointment. Be prepared to sit as they choose what car they take first. Even if you get there first, they might take another car before you. This is the third time I have gotten such crappy service. Stay away from this place, not very good or

The people at the desk were so friendly & helped me straight away eventhough I just walked in without having a prior appointment. I went to check on the alignment of my tires after a complete set change at Costco. Costco's Tire Specialist actually recommended this place to me for alignments. The rates are also quite fair for the service provided!
I definitely recommend this place & will certainly visit them for alignment-check after every tire rotation

What makes a business a main stay, is the quality of people working there. Campbell Tire's owner and daughter are good down to earth people. Not to mention they've lived for a period in my home state (Alabama). Campbell's may not say they are world class but they are with their customer service. Called this local shop around 8:00 AM looking for a used tire for my GF's older model car since she had a blowout and needed a quick fix.
They answered right away and found me a nice used Michelin tire for $30. Was in and out of the shop before 9AM and on my way. I drive a 2014 Lexus and will be needing tires soon, and the price they quoted me was much cheaper than anywhere else. I will gladly be bringing my car back here and will continue to support this local business. They also sell trailers and provide plenty of other services. No corporate pressure or schemes here!

These guys are pros. Not just at tires and a variety of other car-related categories... but just as important at customer service.
Got a road hazard in one of the set I got from these guys almost a year ago. Took it to my nearby NTB and they wanted a little over $200 for a new tire. I didn't remember the tires being so much so I called up Campbell and was given a quote $60 cheaper in less time that it took me to wait to be served at NTB. So I made the drive over.
Before they would sell me the tire, the kind manager asked if he could take a look first and asked if you could fix it instead
