I was referred to by another mechanic in the area because they were packed. With this, the mechanic I have used for a while and trusted so I already knew they were going to be great. I dropped my car off for a routine transmission service. They got the job done in a day though they were also very busy. I spoke with the service provider and went over a few other issues I had with the vehicle and asked for guidance. They kept the car another day to go over it and then gave me a call to follow up with another quote on repairs. First big complement is they had he person working in my Volvo call me

Purchased a vehicle from a local broker. The extended warrantee had just expired. And unbeknownst to me repairs to transmission had been "performed" It in air quotes due to the previous owner "servicing" by way of Shady Tree Mechanic. After going to a national transmission shop I decided to do additional research. A contact I know does rebuilds for toyota / lexus. Owning a Volvo, his counsel was guiding me to know who in the market does a great job at a fair price.

This business was highly recommended by a friend who had been coming here for years. Best kind of recommendation possible! I was not disappointed. These guys will spend time with you explaining things to you, and educating you about automotive things if you are interested. They seem to enjoy helping and educating rather than just trying to quickly sell some expensive service. Most of their educational efforts make me a better-informed consumer, able to make wiser decisions, and that will save me money as well. How many businesses do THAT? Darn few. I will not take my car to any other mechanics! James and his crew know exactly what they are doing. I 100% trust them! James is honest and tells it like it is and lets me make the decision of whether or not to have the work done. Prices are reasonable! Professional, honest, knowledgeable and not over priced. I know my car is being taken care of in the best way possible. I don't remember how I found Automotive Professional Repair but I am very glad I did. 5 Stars!

Tried the repair shop less than two weeks ago after reading so many good reviews. Happy for doing that. James was very honest and really care for his customers. He even drew a picture to show me where the problem is. The total charge was way lower than my dealer. Besides, the job was done much faster than I expected. Best repair shop eve been to!

James was knowledgeable, and very thorough when I took in a used car I was considering buying. Thanks to his expertise, I avoided a vehicle that needed $3K worth of repairs and was worth $4K less than the asking price. In my opinion, the reasonable price this place charged me for the pre-sale check was worth every penny!

I can't say how much we trust this business! Larry, the owner, is fantastic, straightforward and honest. Our family has been using this shop for ages, and even with ownership changing to Larry a couple of years ago, we can still say that we are confident to get work done here. We recommend them to anyone who wants an oil change all the way to major repairs!
Today, I had waited too long to get an oil change, my day was packed to the eyeballs, I called, and they were able to wiggle some things around to get us in immediately!

I do not like to deal with cars that do not work. I do not like it in a box. I do not like it with a fox. I do not like it in a house or with a mouse. I do not like it at all. However, when my car does not work & I want to throw it away I bring it to James & Woody, hand over the keys & let them take care of the problem car. They are fair, honest, and shoot strait with me. They do their best to save me money which I appreciate greatly. Also...they work on my car, my parents, my brother and some of our friends & everyone is happy with them. I can not reccomend them enough
