She is the owner of Heart-well Fitness & Health Coaching and creator of Sandy Hartwell's Next Level Living Club, bringing over 15 years of experience working with women to the table. Sandy helps menopausal women address nutrition and habit change so that she can reduce symptoms naturally, reclaim her identity and stop suffering in silence.

Our cruises offer worthwhile travelling experiences that inspire, educate, encourage, and build strong relationships among our global sisterhood. We are a community of accomplished women eager to have fun while marking a significant milestone. I spent the last decade of my life dealing with chronic health conditions. I was well above a healthy weight and I was tired all the time. I blamed my thyroid condition and let depression consume me. I decided I needed a drastic change and with much reluctance I started my Google search. I came across many profiles before I found Sandy. I made a 3 month commitment to see what she had in store for me. I knew if I got a trainer that gave me too much too fast, I would get overwhelmed and never come back. I hadn't worked out in years. Sandy is a wonderful trainer. She adjusts your workout to personalize it towards your own physical needs. She is compassionate, flexible and a joy to work with. During the pandemic, she seamlessly transitioned to virtual workouts which has allowed me to maintain my fitness and health. I highly recommend Sandy for all of your fitness and nutrition needs!

Before I started working with Sandy, I had such low confidence in my ability to lose weight, or feel comfortable in my own skin. Each day was a cycle of negative self talk, putting myself down, and feeling anxious about all of my food choices. I was walking through life content enough in some areas, but not someone who was truly happy with myself.

Sandy is the best thing that happened to me! She tailors my sessions to meet my specific needs. She clearly puts a lot of effort into designing the sessions which are full of variety and fun too. She makes every session challenging and has a thorough understanding of how the body works. She always ensures my technique is correct to avoid injury. She is flexible and has the ability to work around your schedule. Her knowledge, professionalism and passion for what she does is second to none. I highly recommend Sandy and her private gym!
