Aloha is my "go to" car service whenever I need a ride to the airport. I have been a customer for 3 years now, and the experience has been consistently great. To start, the service is always prompt and friendly. The cars are meticulously clean, and comfortable. They will send you an ETA text prior to each pick up, which is very helpful. And most importantly, Aloha is reliable and safe. During this Covid timeframe, they follow all Covid protocols, and the HEPA air filters in the Teslas are an added assurance. I am so happy to have found such a great car service!

When I travel, I use ALOHA CAR SERVICE for several reasons: 1. I can absolutely count on them to arrive "ON TIME!" 2. They stay in touch, prior to pick up, with ETA texts and digital location mapping. 3. They have a beautiful fleet of new Tesla vehicles. 4. They are accommodating to time changes and personal requests. 5. They are reasonably and competitively priced. And, 6. The owners are really wonderful people, for reasons too many to mention in this review!

Found Joe & ALOHA car service on google while looking for a ride to john wayne airport last week, he is a super professional driver with a very clean, and very nice white on black tesla, very safe and punctual ride. Would recommend for anyone who wants stays away from Uber or Lyft and doesn't mine paying a bit more for a private ride, ALOHA Car Service has SUPER reasonable prices in comparison to some other services I've taken before. Had a great experience with Joe's car service! His Tesla is pretty amazing and he is very kind, friendly and courteous. Joe was very helpful the past 3 days that we were driving around LA and the Valley. I definitely recommend his car service! It super worked for me because of multiple locations and waiting times. The rate is very reasonable and I will definitely book his service again.

Aloha service was the best. Joe was so kind and sweet. he communicates every step of where he is prior to his arrival so that you feel confident that he will be there on the designated time. The beautiful Tesla is well air-conditioned, clean and neat. The conversation to the airport was delightfuland Joe is a diwn to earth person. The ride to and from the airport was fantastic. I never anticipated or expected that our driver would be one of the coolest guys I ever met. Although we were in traffic coming back, Joe made me feel very much at home and the ride was very comfortable. He went way above and beyond rolling out the red carpet, being respectful, professional, and enthusiastic. Thanks Joe for redefining what VIP really means. We will be using your services again.

I ordered service from John Wayne airport. I was greeted by a nice gentleman, Joe Pan. I loved that he arrived 15min before the scheduled time. He called me directly and was courteous, allowing me to stop at Coffee Bean. Joe drove a Tesla and using this service made me feel like I was in contribution to a cleaner, smog free world. Without any delay, Joe quickly chauffeured me to my destination. It truly was a easy and pleasant experience. Going forward when I fly in to OC or LAX airports, I will definitely call ALOHA CAR Service! -I saved their Num on Speed Dial!

Amazing and very memorable experience. Joe P was incredible and went above and beyond. He was very professional, caring and punctual. First class experience. It's always a pleasure to be with people that genuinely care about others. People that listen and you feel heard. That was my ride with Aloha. It was great conversations. On the night prior to my return flight into LAX, I contacted ALOHA car service for a ride for myself and three others. I was greeted with kindness and respect from the first text messages exchanged between myself and owner Joe.
The moment I landed I contacted Joe to let him know, and also again when we claimed our bags. Shortly later he was there, and drove us in style in a sleek and cool Tesla. Getting a private car for our trip was soo easy and well worth it. I Highly recommend Aloha car service.
