If you are flying into John Wayne Airport for a convention at the Anaheim Convention Center, let Airway One Shuttle take care of all your needs. Our Anaheim Convention Center shuttle vans will take you from the airport when your flight arrives to your hotel or directly to the convention center. When going back to the airport, our Anaheim Convention Center airport shuttle will get you there on-time for your flight guaranteed.
When arriving at the John Wayne Airport please exit the baggage claim area, cross the terminal roadway, you will see a Ground Transportation Center, go to the Door to Door Shuttle sign, we have a coordinator there to direct you let him know you have a reservation with Airway One Shuttle. Our coordinator can be identified by his orange shirt or jacket with the "Door to Door" logo.
Group/charter rates are great for organizations or parties of 6 or more planning to travel together. Advanced reservations are required. When making a reservation for groups traveling together or van charters please schedule two days prior to your departure date. Customary gratuity is 15 percent of your total fare and is not included in the fare unless prior arrangements have been made.

The actually transportation service provided was excellent, but the billing is less than desirable, even fraudulent. I paid over the phone for my trip the day before and the office ran my credit card information with a Square for the proper amount. However, later that day, the office ran my card again for the same amount with a Square, thus double charging me. This did not come to my attention until after my trip. I attempted to contact them regarding this but had to leave a message and never received a return call. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company for the fraudulent double

We visited From Scottsdale to go to Disneyland and reserved a shuttle To pick us up from the airport. The prices were very reasonable. I was so amazed that as soon as we came outside of the airport our shuttle was waiting for us. The driver was very respectful and told us about the different kind of places to visit. If you want a shuttle service to count on, you've come to the right place. Robert picked up my family and I at LAX (which is always a nightmare). But it was easy to find him in the transportation area, plus he was right on time. Our family of 7 is a lot to handle, but he helped us with our bags and we were on our way. The van was clean (which I appreciate since I've been in many that are less than sparkling) and our ride was quick.

They were to pick us up at 7:15 am! The driver called and said we must be ready in 5 minutes because it was pouring rain and traffic was heavy. This was at 6:55 am . Was not raining and traffic was very light. He never said good morning or even acknowledged we were there when he picked us up or dropped us off at the airport. Started our vacation off lousy. Same driver picked us up when we returned and we asked one more time where he was parked. His reply was, I already told you once. Wonderful shuttle company. Not only were they one of the cheapest options from John Wayne airport to the Disneyland Hotel, they were also very good in communicating, and were right where they were supposed to be both ways. On each trip, they were texting me with pickup details and confirmations, which I appreciate: texts are just the most efficient way to send updates, quick and easy.

BE WARE of this company!!!! They will continue to charge your card after you have used the service. I have contacted the company multiple times over the past 6 months asking them to rectify the additional charges. They always assure me they will make it right but now there have been 2 additional $100 charges a few months a part and no credits or resolution offered by the company. Disappointed that they would steal money from consumers and a non-profit organization.
