Friendly and professional. Wife and I bought the Groupon online. No problem redeeming. Driver was clean offered hand sanitizer upon entering ride. We already had mask but they had them handy....as they're required. Highly recommend.

I bought a Groupon for round trip shuttle from Long Beach airport and called to make my reservation on September 1st. When my family and I arrived at the airport today, our shuttle was not there, and somehow our reservation disappeared. The man on the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude, telling me I had to wait 30+ minutes for a shuttle to get to me when I have 2 small children. I will be getting a refund from Groupon and never using Discount shuttle again. Do not recommend.

I booked the shuttle service for my wife and her 2 girlfriends,being picked at Long Beach Airport and shuttling to Newport Beach for a girls weekend trip. Gorge met us at the airport and was extremely nice, he even allowed us to stop at the grocery store real quick to run in and grab a few essentials for our trip. The Black SUV was great and plenty of room, very clean, We highly recommend and will be using their service again when return to So Cal next month.

We used this company a few times when we stayed in Hollywood. The service and communication was fantastic and the drivers were very friendly. Nothing was a hassle for them. I would highly recommend this company.

If I could give no stars, I would. Our driver was very pleasant and likeable, but Moses (the owner and dispatcher) didn't let him know to pick us up from our hotel, so he was 35 minutes late. I shouldn't have been surprised since they were late picking us up from the airport several days earlier. This pick-up was scheduled for 3:30 pm. When 3:40 came along and no driver or phone call had made an appearance, I called them. Moses said he would call the driver and call me right back. I called him again at 3:45. Sadly I can't give less than 1 star. I prepaid round-trip and the trip to the hotel was uneventful, though I did wait a good 20 minutes. They never picked me up on the way to the airport. I called a day earlier and they asked for details as to where to pick me up and my hotel, which concerned me. I called two hours before my flight, the time they said they would pick me up, and was told they are on their way. I called three other times and they never answered, and I finally had to call a cab. I called again to let them know that I expect reimbursement for my prepaid shuttle fee and the cab

I recently used Discount Shuttle to get me from John Wayne Airport to Disneyland and back. The $8 per person each way rate was a steal!!! The driver Andy was awesome!!! When he arrived at the airport my friend and I were the only people he had to pick up. He didn't waste any time (as supershuttle has in my past experiences) and got us to Disneyland quickly! On the way to the park I had mentioned that when I entered my departing flight time the automated system on their website scheduled our pickup time at 5:55. Being that I have flown out of John Wayne before I know it isn't a busy airport

Stay Away!

Called the Shuttle service and the quote over the phone was higher than the one posted on the website. In addition, the last time we saw our computer was when it was being put in the van. We arrived at our destination at night and had quite a few bags to unload from the van. Then, the next morning as we started to unpack, we noticed no computer came off the van. The company is saying nothing, offering nothing and not returning our calls.

I should have read the other reviews prior to deciding to use this company for a ride to John Wayne Airport. I would give them no stars if possible. First of all they take 24 hours to reply to a reservation and they don't provide a reservation number. Second, when I called to ask questions at some point -- wanting to know if they had my reservation because 24 hours seems like a long time to confirm a reservation;wanting to make sure they could find my apartment if they were familiar with where I live and then questioning other things he was telling me-- the man who said he was the owner said

Prepaid for RT transportation to Anaheim COnvention Center from SNA.. Was going to take Disneyland Express but they shuffle you around at the Disneyland Californian and Discount has an $8 special. Yes the vehicle was an older van but I got door to door service. They called me. Told me they would be there in a couple of minutes. Not luxury transportation but not a bus full of screaming children, either! Obviously YMMV but I was satisfied and the price was right.
