Services
Dr. Jon Schaack and Dr. Michelle Freeze provide specialized and personalized care for infants, children, adolescents, and those with special health care needs. At McKinney Pediatric Dentistry, you can trust that we will care for your children like they're our own. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) encourage a dental home by the time a child is 12 months old.
Kaitlyn will become your new BFF the instant you walk through our doors. She also always assures that the keyboards and pens in the office are sterile, so never worry about the pens you sign in with having any germs on them. If you see her muscles twitching, it is because of her kickboxing workouts, so don't hold it against her.
The beach is a place where kids can play and parents can relax. Here at our "beach", there is plenty of entertainment and fun for your child to help them feel comfortable and welcome. We will "tell, show, and do" as we walk them through each step of the visit. You may accompany your child throughout the first visit.
We are required by applicable federal and state law to maintain the privacy of your health information. We are also required to give you this Notice about our privacy practices that are described in this Notice while it is in effect. This notice takes effect (04/01/03), and will remain in effect until we replace it.
We will do our best to schedule your appointment at a time convenient to you. Know that dental appointments are EXCUSED absences. Each child who is seen during school hours will receive a doctor's school pass and signature confirming that he/she was seen in our office. Younger children generally do best with morning appointments, and therefore are given priority for appointments during morning hours.
