Chris Roberts has helped our company navigate computer issues for years. He's thoroughly knowledgeable and available to help when we were most in need. He's trustworthy and fair beyond measure.
He has a busy and full schedule which you have to understand when you are requesting service. It's understandable to want an immediate fix on computers, but, know that when you're in his queue he will get the job completed.
