The Lucia Light Houston studio is a meditative space dedicated to the experiential journey toward creativity, self-awareness and healing. Using the Lucia No.3 hypnagogic light machine, clients immerse themselves into a colorful world of indescribable beauty through a therapeutic light experience capable of putting the "light traveler" into various states, including a deep relaxation, meditative or lucid dreamlike states.

Services
Individual private light sessions are the ideal way to experience the Lucia N°03 in a way that meets your specific needs. Your light attendant will learn your intent/goals, preferred type of music and positioning so that you can fully relax and open yourself into this lucid experience. Appropriate music is chosen to accompany the session.

All around wonderful experience. Something truly unique and worth trying, even if you are not into meditation. It was "mind-opening" for myself and all of my friends who have tried it thus far. Terry, the owner, is very easy going and makes sure everyone is comfortable and has an amazing experience. Looking forward to going back!
