Just moved to the area from San Francisco; drove out. There were 1200 miles and last week's snow fall worth of dirty 2004 black Lexus IS 300 to clean. PureClean is a great concept, executed with excellence. I will return to Michael's business and happily support PureClean. I got an "Extreme" touchless wash at this location to clean our Subaru after a multi-state drive.

I discovered this hidden gem on the west side of chick fil a across the street from the Flatirons Mall. Being fairly new to driving, I pulled up to the automatic wash, selected the wash and paid and entered the automatic wash garage area (as one does). When I entered the garage I pulled up until the wash clearly stated STOP, but I felt my car was off center and I decided to back up and adjust my position to an even center. THIS was my mistake. This triggered the Carwash to assume I was finished with my wash, before it even began. I drove around and re-entered, paid a second time and all was well

This place used to be decent till they got greedy and only charge your credit card. I did the minimum 4 minutes and the machine charged me $15 dollars. That's a ripoff in my book. I would rather get a full service wash at a decent price at WaterWay down the street than this place. At least you can get a full wash cheaper than the spray wash. Greedy business owners never make it far.

I, like many others, was charged $15 for a self wash when I paid by credit card.
There were no clear instructions (at the time) that state you must push a "stop" button or you will be charged again. Just like every thing else in this town/state, the fleecing is rampant.
Use your garden hose instead of paying the owners Porsche payment.

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!! The Auto Service Instructions are so misleading. I got charged $30 bucks for a car wash I did myself when no where in the instructions does it say that if you take more than 7 minutes, you will be charged $15. I spent 30 minutes washing my car (It was very dirty).The display says: "$7 and to hit stop button when done" No where does it say to hit the stop button even if the service stops on its own!! So misleading!!!! They need to make their instructions CLEAR and HONEST! Please go somewhere else and save yourself the money.

After moving to Colorado from Oregon I have been unable to wash my car at my apartment complex, I have always hand washed my car. I am LIVID! I just got finished washing my car and it's covered in scratches from the brush. Both the clear coat and the vinyl wrap have easily noticeable scratch marks!
I will be calling shortly. this is absolutely unacceptable.
Also, the "spot free rinse" leaves an abundance of water marks on the vehicle after it has dried.

Overall the spray wash is pretty decent. Had an issue once and was refunded (actually issued temp credits) which at least was good.
The "touch-less" auto wash on the right side last night was -- well not what I would expect. See picture. Won't be using that again... My truck was pretty dirty, so much so you could see exactly where the spray wash didn't get -- but that's the point of a car wash. Wash the car.
GOING back to reviews a year ago you can see these same lines on a different picture.

I went to use the automatic car wash on 3/3. The machine took my $12 cash but would not operate. I called the phone number listed on the sign on the inside of the wash and the guy answered and I explained what happened. He told me to text the same # my name & address and they would either send me a check or a pin code for a feee wash. He was persistent that they would "right" this. After hanging up I did just so. After 2 weeks I sent another message because I had not heard back. It's been three weeks now with out any response. I will not GO back there. Terrible customer service

I got the $14 wash.. Not a bad wash for an automatic system. My car was fairly dirty so it was a big improvement on that if that says anything. There's still a little brake dust on my rims and it didn't quite get the bugs off of my headlights but I followed it up with a microfiber cloth and they polished up easily. My dealership gives free details on Saturdays but I missed it yesterday and wanted to get all the dirt off of my car as it had been sitting for a couple weeks while I was out of town. Generally I'll go for the free wash but I'll probably go here again if the situation

Please fix the touch free only wash. The sprayer constantly drips and leaks water right back on your car form two nozzles that are broken while the drier is going, and leaves your vehicle completely covered in water after the drier is done.
I enjoy your car wash otherwise and go there once a week. Its always clean and well taken care of.

Visited this car wash on Sunday afternoon, April 7th. There were no employees monitoring the facility, so if there is an issue, there is nobody to help. The owner has his phone number plastered around the area, but does not answer his phone or return messages. My card was charged $13, yet neither of the two car wash areas were functional. It is now Thursday, I left a message on Sunday, and I have yet to receive a call back or see the charge fall off my card.

Overall, a good car wash for a fair price. My only complaint: when you use your credit card for a coin/credit self wash, you are informed that you'll be charged for a minimum of 7 minutes. What you're not told is that the 7 minutes will cost you $15.
UPDATE: satisfaction updated to 5 stars. Please read Mike's reply to my original review. He is correct; the credit card company reconciled the original charge of $15 to $6.99, a very good price for a very good self wash. Thank you Mike for your explanation and understanding.

Nice car wash, always clean and I like the fact that they are not only self-service but that they also have a drive thru brushless wash. The only concern I have is that over the last year or so they have increased the prices. Example, a full drive thru wash now costs $13. Also on weekends there will be lines, so expect to wait for a while.

I'm rating this 5 stars because of the kind of wash it is. It is safe if you have high end rims on your car like me just be cautious entering the way and Peek out your window to check because there is metal bars on either side. The line can be a long wait but who cares, it's nice to get your whip all cleaned up after a long road trip. I got the full package ($11). It smells so good inside my car when getting this wash.

It's always a pleasant surprise to find a do-it-yourself carwash that is not stuck in the pre-credit card era. This place allows you to use your card at all of its stations! (And you don't even have to do the annoying multi-swipe to add time thing--just swipe once and when you're done it will tell you the total.)
The price was good too! I took my time and washed my car pretty well and it was still under $9. Which is a great deal considering the last automatic place I went to charged me $12 and left a huge dirt-stripe down the center of my car.
