CovenantMD is a Direct Primary Care Practice. That means our patients pay us a monthly fee, and we do not bill health insurance for visits. This enables us to ditch the treadmill of the hurried, crowded, insurance-taking, fee-for-service primary care experience we've grown used to.

Prices shown are for one month of pills (30 pills for a once-a-day medication, 60 pills for a twice-a-day medication, and so on). Antibiotic prices are for a typical course of treatment (5-10 days). CovenantMD is now an anti-vaccination practice. They leave it up to the family to decide whether they should vaccinate or not. I am disabled and have a compromised immune system meaning I cannot receive vaccines and rely on heard immunity. When CovenantMD changed their policies I could no longer set foot in their practices or work with their doctors/nurses without putting my health at risk. I literally had to have them mail the last of my records to me because I couldn't enter their facilities. Please, for the sake of myself and all others' who cannot receive vaccines, do not give these "doctors

I just started going, we see Jane Snyder and after only 2 visits I'm already in love with this practice 😍 I have a 4 and 1 year old almost always in tow and they just make everything so simple for us. There's no hoops to jump through, they can take care of all of us right there, no long waiting, we're not rushed out, AND my kids love it there! Had my first visit with Dr. Mellinger to establish care. It was a great experience all around. She spent an hour with me, listened well and was very knowledgeable. No one was rushed. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. The nurses, Lori and Hannah, were wonderful, genuinely nice to me and very professional. I was reminded of our ardent appreciation for Covenant MD this morning, while visiting our previous family practice for some immunizations our insurance has been fickle about covering through Covenant MD. After waiting 50 minutes to be called back, I asked the desk worker about the delay, which prompted her to remember that the physician we were… scheduled to see (and had received text and phone reminders about seeing) was actually on vacation! My parents are patients of CovenantMD in Lancaster. My Mom has been very ill recently, but has been in the best hands with Dr. Susan Mellinger, who has gone above and beyond the call of duty in caring for her, even delivering prescriptions to my Mom at home and being on call. I live in DC, and it isn't always easy to get up to PA on short notice; knowing that both of my parents, who aren't necessarily in the best health, are in good hands at Covenant is such a blessing. I am so grateful for the care that Dr. Mellinger has shown my Mom. Frankly, if I lived in Lancaster, I'd be a Covenant patient

Dr. Rohal was not only willing and able to discuss symptoms and medication with me after hours, but also provides quality medical care at a very reasonable price. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and they go out of their way to assist my family. I would highly recommend Dr. Rohal and Covenant MD! Both Dr. Rohal and Hannah (nurse) are caring, competent, great listeners, and very thorough. I appreciate the fact that I can call or text my doctor directly and get a response within a short amount of time. My husband and I have never felt so valued as patients! Dr. Rohal took time to read through all of our records and recommend strategies for addressing various issues. He truly cares for the WHOLE person.

Fantastic experience! We live an hour away and still use Dr. Rohal. His communication style, kindness, and bed side manner are phenomenal. Throw in the fact that this is a cost effective alternative to heavy insurance policies and it makes you wonder why this isn't the most popular way to do primary care!
