I would like to offer my recommendation for service rendered by Action Appliance and the technician, Danny. I called for a repair for my dryer and they were at my door within the hour! The operator I spoke with and Danny were very conscientious, timely and courteous. My dryer was repaired and I'm "back in business again!"

I came back to update my review. I was very unhappy with Action Appliance initially. However, Jesse, Senior Technician, drove out to our place SEVERAL times and replaced several parts and finally fixed our washing machine. I appreciate him tremendously and would give him 5 stars! Great technician and person. THANK YOU!!
Giving Action Appliance 3 stars because they did follow through eventually, and our machine was fixed properly.

Not happy at all with their service. 1st day they did not make it over , second day made it at 7:00 pm. Told me the frame of my blower motor was broke, the blower motor had broke, my heat pump was out of freon. Said it all needed to be replaced to the tune of $15,000 .I looked at it the next day. The motor had come loose from the shaft..got stuck , caused it to overheat. Burned up a part. I tightened the shaft and replaced the part. The blower started right up, but now the heat pump would not work. It had worked the day before. I noticed some wires that were loose. When the repair man pulled

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I've ever been felt ripped off it's now! I called about our microwave not heating and the very unprofessional tech put a cup of hot water in it and determined that is wasn't heating, looked in the top of the microwave, didn't test anything, went back to his truck and sat there for 45 minutes and then determined that we needed all new components and it would cost $480! That's more than I bought the microwave for. The company then charged me a $75 for a trip charge. I called to complain and the manager didn't believe what I was saying

This company has an "F' rating with the Better Business Bureau. There is a reason for this rating!
We called for service on our heating system and the initial tech that arrived was not qualified to work on our system, so they said they would send another tech who was qualified. We rescheduled to have what they called a qualified tech. He arrived late, and wasn't able/ qualified to diagnose the reason of our issue. We did have a small gasket that needed to be replaced and the tech said he could order the part however he needed to have a deposit before he would place the order

Washing machine broke, called several repair folks, Action Appliance said they could come that day - never showed up or called. I called and they said there may have been a mix-up, could they come four days from now. I stopped calling around based on their misinformation. Lost my business.

I dont want to give a star at all. I am renting my house and the Dryer wouldn't turn on, landlord was called they scheduled these "service techs". First tech showed up on time...... Service tech should mean that you can fix the issue.... not with these clowns. Tech 1 changed the fuse, which he stated was the issue but that the dryer vent line needed to be cleaned out, but that was not his job and that he would have the company call and schedule that appointment. I waited for four days before I made the call myself.... que major issues with this company. Made the appointment

I need to know why do you give a four hour window and then you don't show up on time? And then i get a phone call that says that you're running late; it's bad business. When the tech came the last time he was very nice and I requested that same tech but I don't think it's the tech's fault. I think it is whoever is responsible for making the service hours. They don't realize that you always have a problem when you show up to someone's house! It is always something that was not avoidable! Not every appliance is the same and yes parts need to be ordered! So

I used this group to diagnose a washer issue. They sent a technician out and determined it was a broken pump, cost $460. The issue was not resolved and they sent a technician out a 2nd time and said it was a broken pressure switch. I agreed to pay for only the actual cost of the pressure switch since they misdiagnosed the issue the first time. Sent me a 2nd bill for $190 for the pressure switch, and refuse to send an actual invoice for the cost of the part. Will not return my calls or provide an actual invoice for the part per our agreement. Pressure switches do not cost $190. Would

These guys did have a quick response and did get someone out same day in the late afternoon for an install, but when the dude showed up, he never gave me the quote he was supposed to, and jumped straight to work. I'm upset with myself I allowed myself to sign their paperwork when they were done, charging me 200$+ for literally hooking up a single wire to my furnace to make my thermostat work. The dude did his job, he figured it all out, but he went the wrong way about it, and for this reason I don't think I will ever use this service again, and can strongly recommend you watch your back

They repaired our dishwasher. It works great. BUT, during the repair, they scratched our flooring very badly. We spoke to the owner and she required us to either pay the $127 second half of bill, and have a person come out to estimate our house for the floor repairs and then they would cover floor repairs. OR we could not pay the $127 and call it even. we obliged to pay the $127 if they provided us insurance information to ensure they followed through with the repairs. the owner refused to give us the insurance information or contractor license number. the owner then threatened this would be a

I wish I could give zero stars.

We had a coupon for a furnace cleaning, so we were going to try to get a good deal. However, we were never able to actually get our furnace cleaned due to terrible customer service. We made the first appointment, and they have one of those time slots, between 8-12, for example. I have experienced this before, and understand they can come anytime in this window, but as it was approaching 11:30, I still had not heard from the technicians. I gave the company a call multiple times throughout the morning, and they said each time we were the "next" customer

They are very professional, they treated my mother with kindness and they explained what they needed to do to fix the washer. They even welded the front part of the washer so it didn't come off anymore.
Bottom line, I will tell any 1 who needs help with a major repair to use them.
Basically, my washer was not draining, they tried to fix it, had to take it in to the warehouse to fix it. They gave me a loaner washer, and a few weeks later, they brought my washer back! All fixed and ready to go
