I can't say enough on how good the Lopez Tire's custom service is! I came in for a repair work on the flex exhaust pipe, recently. It is an issue caused by the burnt-inner-metal meshes of the pipe. I explained my issue to Carlo, the manager, and suggested a solution. Carlo was so patient and agreed to do what I was proposed to do. Pedro, the technician, did a great job. Firstly, he cut the pipe in the usual way that did not remove all of the metal meshes in the pipe which could cause trouble to my engine in a long run. A great place with possibly the last honest mechanics that let you know if what you want can be done or not the first time out.
Super satisfied with all personnel from office to the guys at the shop.

This business it a scam, if you are getting any work done i suggest watching over your car the whole time. I brought in my brand new BMW to switch out my tires and my stock tire was taken out of my car and replaced with a cheap used tire without me knowing. I called the business back for a solution and the receptionist was so rude and disrespectful. I suggest they Stop hiring family members and actually hire a receptionist with some kind of social skills because this one clearly can't even do the bare minimum. DO NOT COME HERE, PERIOD

I called because they treated my daughter good and gave her a good deal on tires for her car, she received good service but she is also very pretty and young. The person who answered the phone seem not to want to help me since they had closed a couple of minutes before and wanted to get rid of me right quick and therefore, didn't give me good quote on tires for my car. So, I will seriously consider not doing business with Lopez Tires and this is the reason I'm going with Firestone. Their loss seriously!

Got a flat tire and called around a few shops, spoke to Carlos and he provided me with detailed information on tires so we ended up choosing this shop. Came in showed us the 2 options we had. They took care of our needs and provided us with answers to all our questions.. check them out for tires and mechanical needs for your rides!!! Will definitely bring my other vehicles here when needed!!

The only tire shop I prefer to go to. Maybe because I'm a little biased or maybe because their service has never let me down. Lopez tires is the only place I'll go to get tires. Prices are always Fair and or unbeatable. If you need an alignment or any mechanical needs they can take care of you as well.

My boyfriend's brother in law came here to geta master cylinder change and he has like 3 other things that broke down after leaving this place. That were working perfectly fine before coming here. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They must be doing something really janky to people that is illegal and puts them in harms way for an extra buck. Stay safe and stay the hell away from this place for your own safety and financial needs

I Came to this Tire shop in need of a new tire after coming home from school, feeling already overwhelmed because of the situation. All I wanted was my tire to fixed. Anyways after asking how much the price was for a new tire since my tire poped on the freeway. They said $80 So in desperate need I said OK. I assumed it was "new " what is my surprised it's "used" by the time I got home it was too late. I should have checked. Please be alert the max you pay for a used tire $40-$45

Ask for Carlos, he will take care of you. I spoke to him before I even went in, about the type of tires that I wanted as I am pretty particular with what kind of rubber I run on my cars (they are the only part of the car in contact with the road!), and he gave me quotes on a bunch of different brands of the same quality and price. I ended up getting a set of one of the tires that he recommended from the brand that I trust. He had the tires special ordered and were delivered to the shop before I even got there. Bad customer service. At the beginning. My Wheel popped on the freeway so I got it tow to Lopez Tire. They charge me 60 dollars for a used tire I was like ok cool whatever I was in need. But they told me it was it great condition. They were taking forever almost two hours. Customer that were coming after me were leaving before me. I catch this guy Pat him the tire I bought the great condition. I complain they like it's still good if you don't want the don't buy. I still bought it to get home. Don't come here they lazy! Will rip u off.

This is a great establishment. I get my oil changes and new tires here often and they have great prices. They have a waiting area and its very clean. The customer service is great. Ive recommended this place to my whole family! They also have a very delicious taco truck outside so if you need something to eat and pass time try it out!

Had a tire patch up needed to be done, Simple right?
Well they patched up the tire no problem, but what they failed to do was to properly balance the wheel before giving it back to me. Had to drive to the airport the next day and started to feel my car shaking very hard (Due to the imbalance of the wheel @ speeds over 50mph on the fwy). That's quite a serious thing to forget or not even bother to do as it could possibly have caused some serious damage.
Shop wasn't even busy when I had the tire patched up.
Luckily I have friends in the auto industry and they were able to balance the wheel

I really need to hand it to these guys. I was on my way to work one morning and realized that something was stuck in my rear passenger tire. I yelped a few places and Lopez is one I've seen many many times so decided to pull in and wait.
They weren't quite open just yet, a few of the guys were setting up. As I sat in my car patiently waiting, one of them came over, and asked what I needed help with.
