Fair price and they were able to get my tire in store same day. That's where the good news ends. In the time it took for the guy to put on my single new right rear tire I watched about 6 other cars come and go as I waited with 0 updates or even being looked at or acknowledged as a customer. My car is under 2 years old with all new wheels that are in GREAT condition...or were. When the guy finally came back from his break or wherever while working on my car I went to pay and asked him if he made sure all the tired has the same pressure he said yes. My first bad review ever. Got a flat after work I came to this shop from Hacienda Heights because they were the only one open until 7pm. Showed up at 6:30, everyone was in the front office and said I they were closed. I'm sorry but if a customer comes by in desperate need of your service, you just don't turn them away specially during your "open" hours. If you say you're open until 7, then provide service until 7.

I researched for a local business to have tires rotated and selected La Puente Tires. When I arrived, there were several people waiting. However their employees were fast. When I mentioned that I needed the tires rotated and wanted to know if I needed to replace the tires. Two of the employees inspected the tires and told me it was not necessary. They said they looked good. Wow! Besides being fast and efficient, they are honest. Needless yo say they got a very good tip. Truly recommend this establishment. Good job and thank you for not talking advantage of people like me who do not know

My Dad used to come here for years, to fix a flat or to buy New & used tires. But the main reason he liked this place is bc it's been a family run business since day 1.., If u have been here, then u know how it feels to be treated like a part of the family! So it is a 'No Brainer' if I need a New tire or getting a flat fixed, to come here & get it taken care of, like he did! And it's easy to see why so many other people have made this their 'go to' Tire Repair & Replacement Store! I depend on them & will continue to do so. Amazing service! I drove up to their garage area, and as soon as I got out of the car their employee was already jacking my car and grabbing the tools he needed for my bad tire. The overall tire patch & repair took less than 10 minutes, and I was out with a tire that was almost new. It was also incredibly inexpensive!

This place is great. I have been here once prior to replace tires.
Today I came to get a patch $15 for a nail in my tire. They were fast and I was out of there in about 30 minutes.
At first I wasn't sure how it works, but seems like the tire techs quote you prices instead of the lady in the office. And you just pull up to the spot he points at and they service you.
Good experience so will be back again.

First off, they need to update their hours because I came on a Sunday as the business is listed as open and it was completely closed.
So I came back today, and got a nail removed from my tire and patched up or whatever it is that they did. I was waiting a while as they were busy but I didn't mind that. It's the lack of customer service from everyone that works here. I can see the tire techs hustling and all and I understand that, but unless you walk up to someone and tell them what you are there for, then you'll wait around even longer for someone to even greet you. Best prices for quality service!
Been coming to LPT for 12 years and the service has been consistently amazing since. Very fair prices for tires, yes but they also patch, align and pretty much service all tire needs.
Highly recommend! Don't forget to tip your changer!! Kudos to the wonderful lady working in the front office, she is so nice and informative!

I came here a few weeks back they adjusted my truck to spec.. per im assuming a stock frontier.
I have a slightly lifted truck I noticed the steering wheel was not centered and I had a lot of fight when turning left also felt really unstable turning left, felt alot of digging.... I returned a few days later al I wanted to test drive it, also I have a life and other obligations. They said we'll look at it no problem as I have a 30 day warranty. The same young man took my truck and worked one it for about 20 min. Then test drove it. He said its all good, I drove home it felt a lot better than

Amazing customer service, they are honest, efficient and friendly! They provided quick service at a great price! Affordable options tailored to my budget and they were really hospitable when i came back with my toddler son! The tire i ordered came so fast and they made sure to even check other issues i had with my struts and TPMS light ! Firestone quoted ridiculous pricing and i always felt screwed over . Here i felt like family and they genuinely cared !! Ill never go anywhere else for my tire and auto work needs!
