I've been coming here for a few years for tire service and most recently for oil changes and break service. The guys are great, quick and respectful. I feel safe in my car thanks to their service. I truly appreciate their service and that's coming for a girl that spent many years in the automotive industry.

Coming here for years bought wheels and tires here before.. Came in for alignment talked to Junior he advised would not be worth it since my tires were not good , over 5 years . Explained why and showed me the reason, tires were cracking some due to dry rot. Told me to get remaning use out of then replace, which I suspecred already due to age.. Said he can but would probably not fix the issue. Good service is letting customers know when they are spending money for something they don't need. Definitely recomend this place.

I came in yesterday looking for some budget tires for my prius. the owner helped and guided me with the best option and didn't even try to be a pushy sales man. I got a set of four for about $300 installed and he told me to rotate them every 5k miles and that they will do it for me.

A lot of these 1-star reviews are questionable at best. I've had nothing but good experiences here over the years -- I've been a repeat customer for 3 years and have had them work on a handful of different cars for me from. Most recently, they did a tire replacement on my Jaguar F-Type for under $300 and had me in and out in a half hour. Nobody else in town could even compete.
These guys are super fair, honest, transparent, and always have me in and out quickly. I can't imagine how someone could have a negative experience here unless they are driving a Pontiac Grand Am on its last

Recently came here and was filled with disappointment. My sister recently spoke with manager/owner regarding her car. She needed an alignment done. My brother recently replaced all the struts and a few other things. When we showed up an hour before opening because the manager/owner says we can drop off the car before they open---an employee told us he couldn't and wouldn't work on our car because it needed struts and a few other things. Took a second employee to come out and tell him that those parts were brand new. We took off and went someone where else. Maybe because we're females

Had a slow leak where I had to add air every other day.. got real annoying. I called up Perez Wheels & Tires and asked pricing on patchwork and the guy told me $15. I didn't set an appointment and just pulled up and got in line only to find out about 10 minutes later that I forgot the special key for one of my security wheel nuts. I let them know I was gonna go back home and get it, came back about 20 minutes later, and they had me go right in. I didn't have to wait for the new people that showed up after I left so that was really awesome of them. The price was exactly as quoted

First time here. I went to see them after having a bad experience with another local tire shop down the street. Perez wheels and tires really understands the importance of customer service. I called them and they quoted me a price for a new tire. That’s exactly what I paid when I got there. They replaced the tire in no time. Great overall experience. Service was friendly and quick. My family has been going here for sometime and we keep coming back because there prices are competitive and service is excellent. I got new tires and an oil change all done in one go. There is a waiting area inside and a table outside as well brought my toddler with me so it was nice he could sit down.

If i can give it negative stars, i would! I took in my car a couple months ago to get front end work done because i had hit a curb and was given my car back with wrong parts installed and payed for new shocks to be installed and to my surprise i come to find out the shocks were never installed! I called back to confront them and all i got was aggressive talk back. They told my gf it was safe to drive the car back to LA and that nothing would happen and to bring it back on a Monday. With wrong parts intalled and a steering wheel that would lock half way! If you value your life, don't go to

So the guy behind the counter very professional and attended me well. But the part we're this shop falls off is their workers. The owners needs to have a serious talk with them. The guy behind the counter specifically told the workers special order size tires go on my car with the shop speaker. As they finished switched all four tires the worker was pulling my car into the alignment machine and me out of curiosity decide to look at the tires and notice they tires they put on aren't the ones I ordered. If I could give perez tires in la Puente off off valley 0 stars I would! The son of the owner totally ripped me off! I went to get an alignment and before he said he can do the job he put my vehicle on the lift and checked out my vehicle to see if there was any damages that would prevent him from doing the job. His worker said everything looked and checked out fine. So he told me it would take about 45min to complete the job so I went out front to smoke and before I was done with my smoke he said that my vehicle was done. I hate to write reviews like this. I'm a business owner of multiple businesses myself. Service was great. But i believe an older gentleman is the owner. I called like few times they said tires is $50.00 installment out the door. Since i will bringing in my tires. I even confirmed with the another gentleman before getting it installed. After when they finished. The older gentleman said $50 + $10 recycle fee. Should of told me that in the beginning. I've been there serve times and never had this problem. I'm not being cheap about $10 recycle fee just the fact he making every excuse

Friendly service, family business, I recommend calling ahead for price quotes in your repair. They are actually honest and won't do a brake repair if you don't need it.
The prices are fair and not negotiable.
They are attentive to your needs but can get quite busy. They do have a small waiting room for customers to relax while waiting for their repairs to be completed.
A few months later and I'm back for brakes. Once again fair prices and honest service and now with a stronger WiFi signal. Thanks Perez Tire !!! Five stars !

Been coming here for all my tire needs. And my wife also comes her and she has bought tires and a set of rims for her car. They have great friendly customer service. Always giving friendly advice when asked a question. There tire pricing is awesome! They always have a choice of pricing and tires to choose from that fits your budget. Majority of the time they have the tire in stock. Today I'm getting a set of tires and a muffler installed. The installation was done great. Very happy with the work performed.
