Well - this was a strange an unsatisfying encounter. I initially connected with Marco on the phone and explained to him what I was looking for and he agreed to come out to look at the actual location where we wanted to install 2 new metal railings. (This was a Wednesday.) He came out promptly on time and I asked if he could provide a quote by Friday. Nothing received on Friday - I called him on Monday - he said "Oh - you didn't get it - I will send it again - still nothing. This was really frustrating and bad business. If he didn't want to do the job - that's all he had to tell me. I would not
