Chemicals such as thinners, solvents or commercial cleaners are not necessary and could potentially harm the product. Please contact us if additional information is required regarding the cleaning or maintenance of our products. Spills such as jelly, catsup, mustard or syrup can be cleaned with any non-abrasive, non-ammonia based cleaner, i.e.: warm water and soap or Fantastic 409.
Arts Anvil Iron Works, Inc. warranties all products for one year from the date of shipment. Our warranty covers workmanship defects or failure within 12 months of the shipping date. If the product fails under normal conditions within this time frame, we must be notified in writing. The written statement must describe the defect or failure and a photo must be submitted with the explanation.

One Star, Poor receptionist service. I was unable to get past stage one. The Female that answered the phone today was rude and short while asking questions. She placed me oh hold, never came back, the call dropped. I gave it the benefit of the doubt that it might have been a technical error, there was not a answer when I tried phoning again.
I needed to know if they were licensed bonded and insured as this information was not listed on their website. She had no idea the level of projects that would be bring to their business.

These guys are great. They can make out of Aluminum, Brass, Copper , Stainless Steel and Iron. They do amazing quality. There work is in many Las Vegas Casinos and Hotels in addition to Hospitality Industry projects all over the US. They did some gates and fences for my house. Was quoted quickly, produced and delivered on time. Everything works just fine.
