When the death occurs, give the hospital or care giver our name and number. If the death occurs in the hospital, most likely the nurse will contact us or if the death occurs in home, the caregiver (Hospice nurse or Ambulance Company) will make the call for you. Once we receive the call we will make the immediate arrangements to have your loved one brought back to the funeral home.

Most of us plan ahead in life. We plan for our wedding, our children's education, family vacations, and other significant expected life events. We also plan for the unexpected events of life by purchasing home, auto and medical insurance. Understanding the benefits of pre-planning has prompted many to take the step to plan their own arrangements.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!! I pd the bill for my son's cremation in full. Then I received a bill for a balance due from Brian Uzarski, the person who took the payment. I have a receipt from the funeral home, and the credit card I used stating payment was made to them. I also had a witness that saw me pay it. I also had to return to funeral home the day I was given the death certificate because Brian handed me anothers cert instead of my son's. So beware of their incompetence.

My two furry kids need proper funeral arrangements much like people are barried. I'd be the first to do it in my family but my babbies matter more then anything. I want them to have proper funerals someday when they pass on. Their perbreds but that's not why. The reason is there my kids regardless that they have four legs and fur still my kids. As there mother not owner mother they deserve better then dogs although most see it as they are dogs I know that but I see them as it be no different if they was human kids.
