Great experience and really professional staff. I called the phone number and was able to get my order picked up and delivered the next week. Made my life really easy, especially with the kids. Always clean and nice there, helps to make me feel good about washing my clothes there. Great for large pieces like bedding which I do there once every couple months.

Do not recommend.
I used King Laundry to wash my comforter. Many of the machines in this laundromat were broken, so the laundromat employee directed me to use a particular washing machine. My comforter is now ruined due to a large bleach stain caused by leftover bleach from the previous patron's wash. When I told the employee what happened, she apologized but did not take any action to rectify the situation.

Horrible. They shrunk all my clothes. When I nicely mentioned it to them they told me it was my fault and next time I come back they'll give me a ten percent discount for the service. I was nice about it until then. I said I don't expect you to pay for all my clothes but I'm not satisfied and I would appreciate my money back. She just repeatedly said it was my fault. We both agreed it was very odd. But it happened when they washed my clothes. And they don't use anything scented so they smelt weird. And appeared to be half washed. I used to go there under the old management and they were great.

I have been going here for years... the last time and again today I separated a couple sweaters and said please hang these up, they said ok.
Last time and again today they did not hang then up, they put in the dryer and ruined them.
I said what do I need to do next time to assure they get hung up, the woman behind the counter said, "probably go to a different laundromat".
All I said was wow and walked out.
I will not be going here again, they just don't care at all.
