DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Never in my life have I felt so disrespected and invalidated by a company that prides themselves on stellar customer service. It was far from stellar, to say the least. Their customer service team is rude and classless and would have the nerve to accuse me of stealing a wash bag that I brought from my own home. As a business owner myself, I find this very disheartening to see a business not value their customers and treat them with such disregard.
The fact that one of their customer service representatives would accuse me of STEALING MY OWN BAG is beyond reprehensible

I have been using this service since October as we wait for back ordered washer and dryer, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The text/email communications constantly keep me up to date on where my laundry is, how much it cost, etc. The staff is extremely friendly, and always have our clothes perfectly folded. They even leave little notes thanking us for our patronage, which is a very nice touch! The service is prompt, affordable and reliable, and we will continue to use and recommend to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will lose your clothes, or, give it to someone else. My husband and I used this service for a few months. All of a sudden, clothes went missing, and not just an item or 2, A LOT of clothes. About 5 of my Under Armour shirts, Under Armour pants, Under Armour full length zip up, head bands, several pairs of Bomba socks, etc. Basically, a lot of really nice, expensive, brand new clothes. I absolutely love this company and the quality of service. I can't highly recommend them enough to anyone able to pay for the cost of someone else doing their laundry (obviously won't be as cheap as you doing it yourself!). We have our clothes picked up and have never had an issue with the scheduling or bagging during pickup or drop off. Stuff always come back clean and folded - they have never lost an item. White laundry always came back with a grey tinge. In an effort to counteract this problem, I ordered extra cleaning products...to no avail. There is no reason why white sheets and towels, washed in hot water and proper detergent, should come back looking grey. That is, unless they were mixed with other laundry - perhaps other people's laundry. Ew.

I've never had a more insulting horrible expirence in my life. I contacted and reviewed their customer service after having a very unpleasant experience to which their company replied with nothing but insults, improper language and plenty of derogatory remarks . To be specific I was called and entitled millennial who takes too many selfie's. What this has to do with my customer service issue is beyond me.
