I just recently went to NEOSkin for the first time and I was so impressed with how friendly and sweet the entire staff was! I left with a smile on my face. Every time I step into NeoSkin, the staff is so friendly and greets me right away. All of the staff is very knowledgable and professional leading you in the right direction of your desired look. EVERYTIME i go here -the welcome is overwhelming. every person knows your name and ensures you feel like a queen. There isn't a lot of upselling but SOLID consultations for you to take the info home and think about. They are not hard core about money--they are about building a customer following. Great prices and great services!

Have you ever looked at old photographs of yourself and said "man, if only I realized and appreciated how lovely I was then, I would have..." I had an incredibly disappointing experience at NEOSKIN when I was told "you are too dark" to get their services. I was utterly in shock and a bit dazed when my initial consultation ended in 2 mins flat. I am an African American woman that they simply could not service because they don't have the right equipment. Not only was this false advertising because they couldn't perform the service they advertised but the manner in which i was told "you'll have to go to ideal image or one of those"' was also condescending. After dealing with some health issues that have lead my skin to break out more than normal, I tried everything I could but nothing was working. When I saw a local influencer talk about Neoskin for lip fillers, I looked into it just to see what else they have to offer, and when I saw that they had an acne clinic, I decided to give it to try. I got the laser hair removal. They are very friendly at first, but after each treatment they said it would be gone. I went to double the amount of treatments they said I needed to go to. I paid triple what they said it would take to make my hair go away. As of right now about 12 months after the ALL the treatments you can't not tell at all. I told them it's not working and they said they have never seen that before and to pay for more sessions.

I went there recently, and I will never go anywhere else for Botox. Dr. Bedrick was very nice, friendly, and most importantly a great injector. Nurse Rose and front desk were awesome too. They don't pressure you to buy more there which is always refreshing. I only wish they accepted care credit, hopefully they will eventually though. I recently went to a different med spa in the area and did not have a good experience , I can't wait to go back to Neoskin. Just hope they get care credit! Don't hesitate to go here, you won't be disappointed.
