I absolutely LOVE Trouve. They always take you right at your appointment time, theyre extremely kind & knowledgeable as well. What made me choose this place to get botox & filler was the openness of the prices on their website. It made me feel like there werent any sneaky secrets or cons. I have trust issues especially because these services arent exactly cheap, so I didnt want to leave & find out I owe $2k or something. The prices are extremely reasonable.

This was my first time getting lip filler and I loved the results I saw on Trouve’s instagram. I met with Stacie and she was so easy-going, knowledgeable, and sweet. We were on the same page with the results I wanted and she gave me several options to achieve what I wanted. She did not pressure me into picking one or the other, we discussed prices, and she gave me a time to think about what option I wanted to choose. During the process of getting my lips filled she constantly checked in to see how I was doing and showed me the results as we went along. I highly recommend Stacie and Trouve Medspa

Expert injectors who serve you as a personal aesthetic consultant rather than as a product salesperson. Samantha is incredibly passionate yet so down to earth. She knows a lot about skincare and has a lot of experience both with topical and injectable products. I trust her with my face (she is an advocate of "less is more" which means you won't leave Trouve with trout lips and a paralyzed face) and have referred my friends. I used to love this place but my last few experiences have been just horrible ... I will say this isn't about my results or procedures but about the front desk / policies ...I was canceled in the past at the last min with no real apology after waiting months to get in . After trying to get in at a later date to return there was a deposit policy now in affect of 100 dollars . I reluctantly agreed and rescheduled. I had an appointment today but told the spa desk about two days before I was at a doc appt and needed to call to confirm if I needed to cancel in a bit . ( before the 24 hours policy

I went in for my first ever consultation and Botox treatment. I walked in feeling a little nervous but walked out feeling great! Samantha was so professional and made sure to explain everything and answer all of my questions. She was kind, honest, and didn’t try to sell me - which I appreciated. Trouvé is the best! I went here a few months ago for a Lip Flip and absolutely fell in LOVE with my results. Not only was Samantha very informative about the procedure, but she was very welcoming as well. I'm back today for lip filler and am so excited! I did the $50 light chemical peel on Groupon and totally loved it. I did Botox here and the first time, it looked great because I only did one unit for crow's feet (I'm 28 years old for context). I did some in my forehead and thought they did a great job there too but the rest of the review is specifically for crow's feet. So, after one unit for crow's feet, I loved the way it looked but it only lasted a month. I came back in to ask if it could look the same and emphasized that I absolutely still wanted some lines around my eyes but if possible, would like that exact look to

This has been by far the best med spa I've ever been to. I see Gabriella and Molly who are both very knowledgeable and friendly. Registered Nurses Not Welcome Here.
Despite being a repeat customer, my appointment was cancelled with 10 minutes notice because I'm a COVID nurse.
They don't require masks, clients were entering with no PPE, but I was refused services (in an N95 mask and recently tested negative).
Owner told me to "come back when you go two weeks without treating COVID patients".
