As a male client I was a little uncertain about laser hair removal process and whether it would work for me. The process was explained thoroughly, and more importantly it was done professionally. The facility was clean, staff were friendly. The laser removal process was only slightly uncomfortable; but totally worth it. I had the front and back of my neck done, as well as my back. If you’re like me, you’re pretty squeemish about your laser treatments like I am then you know how crucial it is to feel comfortable with the person doing it. I have had problems with hair growth for years, particularly on my chin. The hairs were numerous and coarse and I would find myself plucking most days, which ended up causing bruising and hyperpigmentation since I would not let the area heal.
I've gotten laser and electrolysis done previously, and have gotten lackluster results before (2 electrolysis, 1 laser) despite going for months of treatment. While there may have been some temporary reduction it was never significant enough to prevent my plucking (I know you shouldn't but it's hard when there's such coarse thick hair

I did a lot of research on laser hair removal and electrolysis. I visited about 5 or 6 different places. Once I met Victoria the decision was made. She's personable, knowledgeable, honest and extremely budget conscious. I've had 2 laser treatments and 3 electrolysis so far and am blown away by the results. I had a great experience getting my eyebrows done. I got a powder brow which took 2 sessions over a 6 week time frame. Victoria explained the healing process thoroughly so I knew what to expect. They healed great and I love the final result! It did hurt, but I don't take to the topical numbing unfortunately! For most people it should not hurt much. It was still worth it for me though. I just wake up and go and don't do much else to my brows except brush them. I was previously self conscious about them since I over plucked as a teen. Now I love my brows. Victoria was recommended by a well-known Dermatology clinic off Chagrin Blvd for Electrolysis. I didn't take their advice and decided to go to someone on the eastside closer to home. After a few months, I was not seeing any results so I finally went to see Victoria. I also had microblading done to my eyebrows and "WOW" I look and feel 10 years younger. I have been going to Victoria for a little bit over a year now. Started seeing her for electrolysis and have tried her other offerings as they became available like laser hair removal. She is the only one in the Cleveland area to offer soprano ice laser which is the latest laser technology and is a breeze compared to the other lasers. If you had laser you know how bad it hurts, I could take a nap during this laser session that's how painless it is. Just recently tried microblading for my eyebrows. I live in Downtown Cleveland and I work from 9-6 pm on the weekdays. This place is in downtown and is open till 9 pm in the evening, which is why I chose this place despite the lack of reviews ( there was only one yelp review). I tried calling the number listed on yelp, seven to eight times, it did not ring. There wasn't even a voice mail facility attached to this number. I was crazy enough to pay a visit to this place and I found out that the address listed here is the address of Victoria's private condo. This place is not even a proper facility with all the equipments and other facilities
