Came here and wasn’t completely sold on the fact of relocating to Victoria. Circumstances made it a reality faster than I would have wanted to. Stumbled on this property and the management here. Jackie and Jane are awesome and will help you any way possible. Had a maintenance issue and Richard fixed it the next day! The complex is quiet and off of the roadway with gated limited access. Location is close enough to everything and the loop is also easily accessible from the property. Great price and great amenities close by! Just do it!

Point Royale Apartments are very nice, comfortable, and affordable! Location is very convenient. Management and staff are very helpful and friendly. If anything is ever needed, just place a work order and it is completed on the same day. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

I have been here at Point Royale for 7 years now because it's very clean, quit and the staff is very professional, attentive and courteous. They always make a point say hello with a smile while passing through the complex. If I call the office for anything, they respond quickly.

Going on our 2nd lease term here. Great community here in Victoria. I have lived in 6 various apartment communities since I turned 18 and was able to move on my own. This is the longest amount of time I've stayed with a property. The front office workers are amazing. I was here at the end of a previous manager and let me tell you, it's been a 180 ever since. They almost always have something going on for our families. They are very holiday friendly and celebrate every major one with some kind of event or activity. You constantly get updates via paper flyers or emails (or both) on upcoming
