Cranston Dental Associates is located in Chapel View, a unique historically influenced architectural marketplace. Our office shares the same building with the well known Alex and Ani company. We border Garden City Center, a unique mix of shopping, boutiques and eateries. From the moment you walk into our office, you will be greeted by our friendly, knowledgeable staff, who take pride in making your dental experiences as comfortable as possible.

We work closely with you to maintain your teeth for a lifetime. Our doctors and staff do this by using a combination of treatment procedures and educating patients on numerous methods available for improving and maintaining their smile and dental hygiene.
Services
As the saying goes, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." We educate you and your family and take preventative steps to help you avoid most dental problems. You know regular cleanings at the dentist office are essential. But do you know why? Simple: Brushing and flossing at home can't remove the hardened plaque and calculus (bacteria) build-up from your teeth and gums.
I was referred to the doctor by a friend and have gone twice. I love everything about this doctor and staff. I changed my children to Dr. Fazzini. I left our dentist that we had for 15 years. Dr. Fazzini impressed me. The wait time is less than 10 minutes, very friendly staff, and a very knowledgeable and professional dentist.
Whether its fixing cavities, replacing old metal fillings or providing solutions for missing teeth, there's no problem we can't fix. From an elaborate, full-mouth reconstruction to giving you the smile you've always wanted, we've got you covered. The purpose of a bridge is to occupy an area of your mouth left vacant by a missing tooth, or 'Bridge the Gap.'
Do you avoid smiling in pictures? Are you self-conscious about your teeth? The solution is easier than ever: Our wide range of cosmetic services will help you achieve the smile of your dreams. Our expert labs, materials, and techniques ensure the highest-quality outcomes. Get ready to light up the room with your smile!
Chronic pain is no fun and can interfere with quality of life. Don't worry; relief is around the corner! If your jaw, teeth, gums or face hurt, we can help. We treat the cause of your pain, not just the symptoms. Our goal is to provide an adequate and lasting solution that doesn't depend on the long-term use of pain meds.

Modern cleaning and XRAY Technology, efficient telecommunications, clean office, no wait (literally looking to take me before I could finish the brief Covid questionnaire), on-line pre appointment questionnaire (as opposed to paper when you show up with no room to write). Lastly, the dental hygienist Brittany, who is a "floater" works Thursdays. I honestly don't ever recall a more thorough cleaning not to mention her great attitude and ability to educate me. Make her permanent! Thanks so much and see you in 6 months.

Today was a scaling and my technician was Tara. She was gentile, thorough and kind of an artist about it. I never really looked at a dentist like an artist before but she was. I am very happy and I love the practice. It's always someone different but the care is always top notch!!! True story.

I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr Fazini. I was not in pain but just knew something was not the way it should be. He took the time to see me again and make things right. I can't say thank you enough....

Great office. Friendly staff, never have issues making or rescheduling appointments, and they did a great job with the few fillings that I've needed. Worth going out of my way for.

I had no wait time at my recent visit to Cranston Dental Associates. The hygienist was very professional and efficient. Additionally, she had researched my insurance coverage and reassured me that it would pay for the x-rays and procedures. The dentist examined me and explained the need for future procedures and various options.

Very happy with the staff who always do a great job. Still surprised and disappointed whenever I need x-rays that the office does not yet have readily available equipment that fits comfortably in my smaller mouth. This would be a good time for the ownership to invest in smaller in-mouth x-ray equipment to add to the present one size fits less than everybody equipment.

The hygienist was curt and unfriendly. She cut me short whenever I was talking. At one point during the deep cleaning, she managed to get water on my face and then laughed over it. When I asked her if any special precautions need to be taken for brushing, she looked at me as if I had asked something silly. The earlier hygienist was so nice. If Dr Rogers is also not there, no reason why I need to go again.

I’ve been going here for at least 8-10 years if not more. My family has gone here which is why I have been going. The assistants and hygienists are the nicest people in the world and if they could be the actual dentist then this place would be the best. I’ve been a patient of Fazzini for a long time and the past few years I’ve noticed he does not care too much about patients or the others he works with. I recently went in with extreme tooth pain,(on a tooth that had a crown that he put in) took some X-rays and after complaining and blaming the assistant that he didn’t like the X-rays he
