Getting an eye exam and glasses (including safety and lab glasses) is now easier than ever. And dare we say - kind of fun. 2020 On-site brings the eye doctor to you at work, at school, or at home. For our Biotech, Pharma and Manufacturing partners, our completely digital mobile vision center arrives at your company's front door.
2020 On-site can serve colleges and universities just as it serves companies. We also have a program that brings high-end vision care to local high schools, because we know that if children can't see clearly, they can't possibly excel in the classroom. So in 2015, we initiated our first program with the Boston Public Schools to see if convenient, high-quality, and affordable vision care was needed among students.
We make it more convenient for patients and trial subjects to access important eye evaluations. We make it more convenient for patients to access important compliance eye care or participate in clinical trials by taking our mobile clinics to them. You have a clinical trial or an on-market drug that requires patients to get eye exams and need a reliable provider to ensure your program stays on track.

They let you sign up for contact lens exam, which is where a doctor gives you a script for lenses. But when you arrive they need your prescription. When you try to explain the chicken/egg nature of this situation, you are met with confusion . They do NOT tell you any of this ahead of time. So you stop your whole workday to make this happen, only to be turned away. I won’t be using this service.

Love that my company arranges this for us every year. It made having my eyes checked so easy! Also, the staff is really professional and helpful. Even got some if my coworkers to go when they were unsure about it. Dr. B was very helpful with her suggestions for my dry tired eyes. I never felt pushed to get glasses, although I ended up being sorry I didn't get the glasses I saw and liked. I wrote to ask them how I could get them and they sent me their schedule so I could hop aboard another day and get them! Good customer service!!

2020 came to Partners once again this year which is convenient for me BUT my order this year had been NOTHING but a big hassle compared to last year.
I've had a horrible experience starting off with being misinformed about the use of my benefit and now after a month of waiting for my glasses to arrive --- the order is messed up!! I know 2020 have gotten popular because I know I recruited a few coworkers last year and convinced them to get their eye checked since I had such a positive experience. Also, while at my appt... people were also telling their coworkers to come and check it out.

Super quick, really clean, and great staff! This was the most hassle free and easy eye exam that I've ever had. Didn't have to take off work either, they were right outside the building. I love how they partnered with the company to offer employees this service. The staff from 20-20 were also really kind and incredibly helpful!
Would definitely recommend to anyone who is busy and just needs a convenient place to get an eye exam.

So they kind of lie to you. I have full coverage vision insurance and I know what I am covered for. My lenses and frames are covered in network but when you go there they will spin this lie that they are in network by proxy, but they really aren't in network. When I showed the guy that I am covered if 2020 is indeed in network, the guy spun some lie that, blue cross blue shield means they only cover lenses made from materials from WWII. Yes the guy really said that to me. He then processed to tell me that despite my clear as day schedule of benefits that I would owe otherwise because BCBS

I went to 2020 last year when they parked their office at my workplace. It was extremely convenient to be able to work and step outside to the eye doctor's. Scheduling appointments was also easy!
I stepped up and they saw me right on time, took the time to chat with me about a few questions I had, and wrote me a new prescription I could take to use at any eye doctor I chose without fussing about my not purchasing glasses on the spot there. That was nice, since I've had trouble with that at other doctor's offices where they really pushed me into purchasing and I ended up with glasses

They came to my office and seriously, it was a great experience. Set an appointment online about a week earlier, they emailed me to confirm a few days before and the day of. I walked out to our parking lot where the van sat at my appointment time and walked right in.
The van itself was clean and well maintained, the staff friendly and helpful. Checked my insurance and I was able to sit down and get an exam done and out within 20 minutes. Got my prescription and a copy of my eye images (which I asked for just out of general curiosity) within 15 minutes of getting back to my desk.

2020 was excellent. I had not had an eye exam in over 10 years, because I didn't feel I needed one and never wanted to go out of my way to get one. When I heard 2020 would be on-site at my company, the convenience of scheduling an exam was too good to pass up. The exam fit perfectly into my work day, and I didn't have to worry about making an appointment and struggling to get to it like I would a normal eye exam or doctor's visit.

I've never had to wear corrective lenses, and I probably hadn't gotten an eye exam in 10 years or more, but when I got the email that 2020 was going to be parked outside my office for a day, I jumped at the opportunity to conveniently schedule an eye exam.

Great experience, the check-in and check out process were easy. I only waited a couple of minutes after checking in for the Dr. to see me.
The van is bright and spacious and the Dr. was friendly. The exam itself did not take long, even despite the fact I had an extra procedure for my astigmatism.

Since then the company has been both very communicative and very apologetic about the delay in completion of my glasses. Apparently there were some issues on the production end that required intervention. But I have now received my glasses as well as a discount for my trouble. I am confident that the company is willing to work with customers to fix problems, and so I am upgrading my rating. It wasn't a perfect process, but I'm

Both times I had appointments with 2020 On-site were amazing. I went two years in a row, and although I didn't have a strong enough prescription to warrant buying glasses or contacts, the experience was smooth, the staff was friendly, and I still secretly wish I needed glasses. :)
