Bob and Tracy are awesome. I was in middle of a contract with another popular irrigation company who I recently used. As a repeat customer I figured this company would get me on the schedule ASAP.. nope they pushed me all the way to fall which would ruin any chance of me getting an established lawn by winter. I reached out to Tracy who immediately had bob came out and give me a price. The legitimately came the next week. Highly recommend

We hired Tracy and bob to install a back flow system. The job was performed and we were charged $450 for it. They left in a rush without checking that the system was working properly. When we turned on the system we found out a valve was blocked due to their work. We called them to come again and it took them 10 days to come back. When they came they started digging in the ground as they couldn't figure out where the valve was. Finally they said that we need to remove a bush and when my husband asked if they were sure Jim (bob never showed up) started screaming at him and then rushed off our property

Last fall the company I was using for my sprinkler system went out of business. Belmont irrigation was very helpful in coming out to winterize. However, when I tried TWICE to get them to come to turn on the system this spring and do general maintenance beginning May 1 - I was very disappointed. On two different dates when I had appointment times, I was left waiting for someone to show up. On a Monday morning, I waited and went to work late as no one appeared or called.
