Asked Brian to come and fix an issue with one of my zones. Water was bubbling feebly out of the first head and I had assumed it could be fixed.
Brian responded quickly with an estimated date to come by and communicated changes to his schedule to keep me in the loop. He and his assistant arrived on time, quickly assesses the situation and ultimately proposed a solution that saved me $900.
The zone was situated too close to some large trees and the roots were cracking the line/joints. He said he *could* run a new line but since the zone next to it reached 95% of the bad zone he advised me to run
