Services
Viking Trophies Awards & Recognition helps you recognize and celebrate the achievements of your staff, clients, and customers through the creation and production of great looking awards! Founded in 1969, Viking Trophies earned its reputation as one of the premier awards and employee recognition suppliers in the Twin Cities area.
In addition to awards, we also offer a variety of services to help you perfect your project. If you need any of the following, we're here for you. Many of these services are dependent on the characteristics of your item, so don't hesitate to call to find out what's best for you. We can imprint your plaque plates, bowls, knives, glasses, urns, and other items.
Artwork may be provided to us via email, USB, CD, or hard copy. Email to your sales representative. Production delays can occur when digital artwork is provided in a format other than what is stated below. Please contact us if you have any questions about the suitability of your digital files or any of our format requirements.
Standard production time is 7 to 10 business days for most items, or 10 to 15 for custom apparel. Certain items and larger orders may take longer. For questions on timing, please contact us. Express production is a service we offer in the instance that you need your order faster than our standard production time.
For those with company stores provided by us, here are answers to your most frequently asked questions. We imprint each item to order and do not keep stock of any pieces. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged or in the incorrect color/size, however, please contact us for a replacement.

I worked with Viking Trophies on swag for our staff, and I am 100% satisfied with their customer service. Joe was my main contact person, and he was quick to answer my emails, provided me with different options and was helpful. We loved the final products. I highly recommend them for branding. The Viking Trophies Team has been great to work with. Over a course of several months I have been placing rush orders for equipment tags for our products. The serial numbers are generated as the system starts onto the production line and the tag is installed at the end. Joe and Rachel have been able to quickly turn around the requested etched parts and update the changing artwork delivering the parts on short order allowing our production line to keep producing systems without interruption. Thank you for the responsiveness to all of my last minute requests. Highly recommend Viking Trophies.

I had a local Birmingham, AL vendor for awards who did not have good customer service. I wanted to make a change and did a Google search to find a replacement vendor where I stumbled across Viking Trophies in Minnesota. They are friendly, sincere, professional, and service oriented. They took my order, duplicated the design, and shipped my product. I could not be more pleased and wouldn't think of using a different vendor. On a subsequent order, an award was chipped. I notified Kelly who immediately took care of it. The NEXT day, they had me approve the artwork and shipped a replacement. In a time

I love working with. Viking Trophies! They are excellent at sourcing exactly what I need (however off the beaten path it might be) and also at offering varying pricing levels when needed so I can always make well educated decisions! That's important as a small business owner. Viking Trophies ALWAYS has a "can-do" attitude! (A rare find these days!). I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

I don't do much trophy shopping either, but I can't imagine an easier, more helpful, place for getting plaques and trophies. They have a beautiful and wide variety of items, and they get the orders done quickly and well. It's a bit of a trek from South Minneapolis. They have online service, but I like to see the item up close and in person. I'm going to try the online service now that I know of their quality and service!

I manage an annual running event and we've used Viking Trophies for years. They offer a wide variety of trophies and awards for any event or sport you can imagine. They have a great showroom and super-friendly staff.

Let me say first that I don't have a lot of experience in ordering trophies. However, even if I was a seasoned pro, I don't think the experience could have been better than when I used Viking Trophies. On Wednesday of last week, I figured out that I needed two trophies for my office bowling tournament / beauty pageant (don't ask) by Friday - only two days later. I called Viking, talked to Josh, and had the trophies ready by noon on Friday. I couldn't be happier - the trophies are great and the customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend!
