These guys are great! I’m so glad I found them. They can engrave nearly anything, they did my unusual job very quickly, and for a very reasonable cost. And to top it off, both Alex and Patty are super nice and helpful. A pleasure to work with Sterling Trophy!

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Around the 18th of August 2021 two silver custom fire axes were ordered from this business for a fire department retirement ceremony commencing in six weeks.
Five weeks, and four days later (four days before the ceremony )the owner, David contacted the ordering party party and stated the supplier didn't have any stock so there would be no delivery.
After several conversations, David (owner) was contacted and told his lack of communication was not only unprofessional but that now there would be an additional $600 incurred to expedite the axes

First time having a pocket knife engraved. I worked with staff to learn about the process and pick the style. Finished product looks great! When I need engraving in the future, I would definitely call on them again

Exceptional customer service. Brought in a small item and was picky about the font. All 3 team members brainstormed with me for several minutes, showing font examples and even bringing me into the "back" - where all the magic happens :-) Treated my small item like it was just as important as a large item. Quick turnaround time, even right before the holidays!

Had a cutting board engraved here for a Christmas gift and it turned out beautifully. The owners are super kind and helpful. Very reasonably priced as well.
