Minnesota Trophies & Gifts

Have ordered trophies and plaque pieces from MN Trophies & Gifts, and recently placed a large order for laser-engraved wood pieces. They were done professionally and timely and with very little hassle. The store was willing to hold the pieces until we could pick up which was several weeks after completion, even though I'm sure they took up a lot of space. Happy with the final product and would return again and again!

No customer service. Rude. I work in a school -- Refused to create an account for me stating, "I don't understand why I have to create so many accounts for one school." Gave me two invoices when I already have two sitting on the counter and told me, "Take this and figure it out with your team."

As owner of Framing Solutions , custom picture framing in Edina< I frequently need name plates. I recently switched to Mn Trophies and their quality, service and turn times in exceptional, and their design options as vast. I wish I had used them sooner!

Awful work. Years ago I purchased hundreds of trophies through them... always fine. Recently I I had a small baby spoon engraving project. They are horrible! I could have beat the pattern in with a nail! Staff had NO interest in whether I did business there or not to the point of being unpleasant-and that was before I asked if we could possibly do anything to fix the awful work-to which the snotty answer was Nope!

I ordered almost 450 Trophies from them and had a wonderful experience. Customer Service was great and our trophies were done within a week of placing the order. I will continue to order any trophies I need From Corey and team at MN Trophies!

If you have other options, I’d suggest using them. These guys are only about 50% interested in making sure you’re a satisfied customer.
Example: I ordered a custom plaque. When I picked it up, the engraved plate wasn’t on the wood backing because they “didn’t know how I would want it.” They had both my email and phone number. Did they try to contact me to answer this question? No. Did they offer to quickly do it while I was there? No. For $147, I got to take home an unfinished plaque.
All this could be overlooked if they even for one minute seemed happy to help or thankful for your

My son received a tournament trophy without the plate. I came on to your store and was able to get the plate on the trophy the same day so I could give my son his trophy showing his accomplishment

Have ordered trophies and awards here for years and I am fed up. Constant spelling errors, slow customer service. The place is messy and dimly lit. Also every time I go in they are blaring political radio. I am going else where.

Not real impressed. Customer service was mediocre, and pricing seemed high for the product. Probably won't return.
