I can't recommend him highly enough. When I first bought my house, I reached out to Roman on the advice of friends who had been extremely happy with his service, and I am glad that I did! So glad that when I decided to refinance, it was Roman I immediately reached back out to. Both times, he was always very patient and clear in explaining my options to me and answering any questions that I had. And he was able to secure great rates at low closing costs, with me hardly having to lift a finger. You would be foolish not to reach out to him, seriously. Recently, I purchased my second condo and Roman was the mortgage broker that I dealt with during the entire process. Roman who is the owner of Superior Funding Corporation was exceptional. Efficient, professional, quick, upfront and honest.
He was able to offer very competitive refinance rates (and I shopped around quite a bit), he and his team did a fabulous job in completing the application, documentation, working with the title and lender to complete the process quickly and efficiently. His attorney came to my house to do the closing which was extremely convenient for me.
I've already recommended Roman to my friend for her new mortgage.

My wife and I were first time buyers and were referred to Roman by a friend. We had a ton of questions about the whole loan process and found Roman very helpful and responsive in addressing all of them. We were stretching ourselves to afford a house in a very competitive market, and Roman designed several options for effectively use our downpayment and manage our monthly payment. We bid on 7 different properties through the summer and he was quick and thorough in telling us our expected payments and producing pre approval letters on short notice. After quite a bit of searching for a mortgage 'partner' not just a broker for our first home, Roman was recommended to us by a good friend who had just refinanced with him. Roman works diligently He spent a lot time to find the right company that can meet my special requirements. Before contacting Roman, I talked with several mortgage brokers, but none of them could refinance my property to a lower rate. Roman found one for me, and the interest rate was very appealing. Roman made the refinancing process on our home very easy. He was recommended to me by a co-worker, and his rates were the best I found. Beyond that, he was extremely helpful and patient in getting us organized, and walking me through the process. I had my first mortgage with Roman (owner of Superior) over 10 years ago. Since then he has refi'd my friend's condo and just now I've refi'd my home, all with Superior. The great thing about Superior, in addition to extremely competitive rates, is that Roman explains everything down to the last detail and makes sure that when application for the loan is actually done, all of the issues have been dealt with beforehand, so it's smooth sailing! I found SFC via Upfront Mortgage Brokers search and I am very happy I chose them for my real estate purchase.
