However, the only way to be sure is to have one of our foundation estimators conduct an on site evaluation. If there is a foundation problem we can remedy, the estimator will provide a repair plan and price quote on site.
G A Coffing explained everything very well and they seemed to have the best plans. They used more support than the other people suggested. They did it in the amount of time they said, they were thorough, and we were still very satisfied with the results. When I called about the cracks in the walls and ceilings in my ten year old custom home, an appointment was scheduled for the following week at my request.

Gary is a wealth of information for foundation repair. He provided some key insights for one of our projects in East Austin that had an issue with the pier and beam foundation. Gary said he has been in the business 40 years. He definitely knows his stuff. I would highly recommend Gary and G A Coffing & Sons.

Never hire this company. I didn't do my homework and hired them. Their work is shoddy, their pricing is ridiculous, I am embarrassed to have paid them. I had to keep track of them every step of the way and they couldn't even redo their work professionally. Their solution to my foundation issue is not even going to last. Even the engineer said well you get what you pay for thinking I must have paid them a small amount, but I was a fool and paid them steep money for simply putting loose block on the ground under my house. At some point I'm going to have to have the whole thing redone by a real professional

The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure. The estimator was very professional, explained everything, and answered all my questions. The estimate was actually much lower than I expected it to be, which was a very pleasant surprise! Within a week a crew was at my house and soon my house was level again with the visible cracks closed up. I would recommend these guys for any foundation work -- they really know what they're doing.

I was slowly but surely gathering quotes for foundation repair over a period of about 30 days and all of them were outlandish and complicated. I could not believe it! I was surprised when Gary showed up, explained everything simply and was able to get the job done IN ONE WEEKEND for a price that I could handle! Will definitely use in the future (though hopefully I won't need to!)

Gary and his team did a thorough job leveling the house's foundation. I really appreciated the prompt communication and being given the option of having only some some piers installed, rather than all that could have been done. This work was lifetime-guaranteed and allowed for an improved structure without breaking the bank. I would not hesitate to recommend G.A. Coffing & Sons to others.

Gary and his team were very professional. Quick to respond, communicated well through-out the project and easy to work with. The website said they have seen it all, and I believe they have. I thought my issue was a bit unique, but they did not hesitate and were quick to resolve it. I would highly recommend them.
