Services
Baird Foundation Repair is the trusted leader in restoring value to homes and providing peace of mind to customers for over 50 years. With offices in San Antonio and Corpus Christi, we service all of South Texas. Family-owned and operated since 1969, Baird Foundation Repair is dedicated to doing things right the first time by restoring value to your home.
Cracked or sinking concrete can be unsafe and decrease the value of your home. Our 50 years of experience mean that we can permanently lift and seal pool decks, sidewalks, driveways, and more. Your crawl space can play an integral part of your home's structure. Baird can help provide solutions to avoid rot, mold, or structural problems through crawl space encapsulation.
The key to resolving your home's foundation issues is knowing how to identify the damage before it becomes too advanced or costly. Pronounced floor slopes can be an indication of a structural problem that needs attention. When you see a gap between your floor and interior walls, it typically means that the floors are moving downward while the walls struggle to maintain their connection with the ceiling framing.
Foundation and concrete problems only get worse with time. It's tempting to ignore them because foundation cracks often progress slowly. But every year that passes adds complexity and cost to the situation. You'll end up paying for it eventually, either when you finally repair it or when you have to lower your price to sell your home - urgency matters.
We place a great deal of value in that which keeps our family safe from harm, making our homes one of our largest investments. You've put a lot of time, money, and trust in your home's integrity, so encountering problems with its foundation can feel daunting. When it comes to foundation repair, it's important to seek a solution as soon as problems arise.

Jackie and Courtney restored our very uneven, separated driveway in less than two days. They were punctual and professional and did a great job restoring our driveway. Kelby did our quote and was also punctual and respected my request to wear a mask in my home during these crazy times I would definitely recommend Baird Foundation Repair.

Our home was built in the 1940's with the original pier and beam supports and needed modern upgrades to prevent further sloping and instability. We ended up using Baird because of their experience and history working on homes in our neighborhood. Considering no one likes to spend a lot of money on major house repairs, this was a relatively pleasant experience from the beginning to end. All of the points of contact were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jude, the design specialist helped reassure us that Baird could come up with a trustworthy solution. Back in July 2021, Jackie and Courtney provided the foundation repairs at my home on behalf of Baird. They did a very good job, so far as I can tell. I was not happy that some of what Derek, salesman who visited, told that turned out not to be completely true. It may be a good idea for Baird to send out a member of the foundation repair team with the salesperson to make sure what the potential customer is being told is accurate. I'm not calling him a liar. I do call into question some of his sales tactics that may certainly have manipulated an unaware potential customer. Fortunately, I ask a lot
