My husband took his hand me down triathlon bike to Columbus to be tuned up, they basically said it wasn't worth their time to fix and to just buy a new one (~$1,000). A year later we took it to the Bike Doctor and they were so helpful, especially since we don't know too much about bikes. He quoted us what he charged us, and it was fixed when they said it would be done. They were completely upfront about what exactly needed to be done to it and we didn't fee taken advantage of one bit! Highly recommend, they're upfront and honest guys!

My husband and I have been dealing with Bike Doctor for alot of years. We have bought 4 Specialized mountain bikes, and 2 Specialized comfort bikes. This shop is awesome!!! If Shawn doesn't have it, he will get it, fast! His prices are fantastic, and we have always loved dealing with him and his staff. He is a mountain biker! That helps alot when you need advice, parts, or service for your bikes.

I came into the store looking to upgrade my bike. Shawn, the owner, was excellent to work with and was very honest. He told me some things that I needed and some things that I did not need, which I appreciate. I wound up buying a new Specialized bike. Fits perfect and rides great. Highly recommended.

Got a bike from the Bike Doctor and it turned out that the free wheel was defective because an error because of the way the factory installed that part. I took it the bike back to the shop and i was extremely surprised by how well they worked with me to resolve the problem. They will see me in there shop again! Great people and i would recommend anyone to go there!

I took my bike in two Saturdays back to have it looked at a week before we went on vacation. I explained to Jake that I was hoping to take it with me. Long story short, I lost track of time, and didn't call until the day before we left on vacation. He explained that they were super busy, and I understood, but reminded him politely that I was going on vacation, and I'd appreciate a quick look. He called back 2 hours later, and said it was fixed. The dude that gave the Bike Doctor a bad review must have been undercover from another bike shop. I have been dealing with The Bike Doctor for fifteen years. He and his help have always been polite, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you are looking for and by far at the best price.

I have personally purchased 4 bikes from the Bike Doctor and really appreciated the sales team's assistance. They do not try to sell you more bike than you need and even switched the free wheel to a regular back wheel on my son's bike as he could not use the handle brake with his small hands. They also switched it back again for a nominal fee when he was ready for it. They do remind you of essentials such as helmets and water bottles without trying to sell you unnecessary items.
