Our primary services involve complete interior and exterior auto detailing, as well as being the only full service car wash in the Albany/Corvallis/Lebanon area. I've normally had a good experience here until today, unfortunately. What I did like, was that they make full service car washes available by appointment now so that cuts down on wait time. The owner told me he was remodeling in his office so his waiting area/lobby was kind of a mess. He apologized for that and it didn't really bother me. He wasn't wearing a mask though so I didn't feel comfortable waiting indoors in a small space like that. I asked to take a chair outside to wait and he said it was fine. The young lady that was supposed to be cleaning my car drove it around

I started using their services several years ago when they detailed my 2001 Subaru Eddie Bauer Edition so I could sell it. Outstanding attention to detail!! I also became aware of their drive thru car wash that allows you to pre-pay for a wash card to save money. They prep the front & back of the car to do a really good job of washing. They offer wet towels to help you touch up the interior. I believe it's the best car wash facility in Linn-Benton counties.

My car had never been cleaned inside and before I took it to Carcraft,I had a lot of nooks and crannies that had so much dirt and crumbs. I also had a lot of stickiness in the cup holders plus some stains on my seats. The guys at Carcraft did such a good job! It looks brand new in my car! Amazing job! And I love all the different packages they offered!

Employees did not tape down back windshield wiper and it was damaged. I spoke with owner who ordered a replacement part.
I was called when part came in and it was promptly replaced. In addition, I was given two free carwash vouchers as a complimentary courtesy. I will continue doing business with Carcraft.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was good. I took my wife's car here and they cleaned it inside and out, it looked way better than when we brought it in. I was very happy. They were obviously really busy. Their prices are really good for what you get. I have friends in Seattle/Redmond that would love a place like this but don't have access to it.

Had my truck detailed 5.29.18 manager Ryan took my keys.Detail was ok small issues like only one door handle detailed.Got home noticed the Chrome missing on all 4 wheels.
Why didn’t they stop at the first wheel? Went back the manager was out they took a picture and said he would call me,I’m still waiting,I would not recommend this place nor will I go back!

Ok wash and vac . Had a small check in the center console that i forgot to lock. Went back in because it was missing and found it in a seatback pocket with the envelope torn open. Like I said small check a little under $10 so must not have been worth it. It was not worth the managers time to talk to me .

This place is a stunning combination of slow, dirty and rude. If it were not the only available place in the area I would never go here. The finished product is good but not worth it. Actual employees cussing and yelling at each other in front of customers, no one has ever made eye contact with me here or even offered to open the door when customers are struggling with their arms full, or using a cane for example. They hate customers here

Horrible experience with the business owner, I had my truck damaged, I was shouted at, and treated disrespectfully.
When I initially went into the car wash it had broken down and was told by an employee that it happens frequently because it's old and was given a free voucher which at first I thought was great.
On 10/21/15 I went in to have my truck washed and during the general scrub down one of the employees broke my passenger side mirror. After the wash I parked and verified that indeed it was broken and not just loose. I walked in and was told that the supervisor wasn't in, but was

General manager was a rude person! verbally abusive to the employees, disorganized and could really use a punch in the eye! fire him! read the other reviews! I have never been to a place that had such a rude person managing such nice employees! employees were very nice and smiling even with the rude manager micromanaging their every move....
Edit: while I was still there waiting, he read my review online and lost his marbles. Starters spouting you don't know the real story! Seriously, does it matter?! There's no reason you should talk to anyone that way. Good luck.

Two years ago we bought their Xmas package and loved it....detail and several car washes.
Bought it again last year and the price had went up and now instead of a detail it was $110 towards a detail.
Finally took the car in this week and it was $190 for the detail and they didn't do a very good job....white buffer marks down the sides...lots of areas left untouched.
I expected better, certainly after doubling the price.
They have definitely seen the last of my business.
